People get rewarded in public for what they practice in private.
Tony Robbins dropped this on Theo Von’s podcast while talking about Steph Curry:
The greatest 3-point shooter in NBA history has taken over 2.5 million shots in practice — 500 shots every single day for years. That’s why he releases the ball and turns around before it even goes in. He already knows.
That level of unseen work is insane. We celebrate the highlight, but greatness is built in the boring, repetitive hours no one sees.
Real success isn’t luck or talent alone, it’s the compound effect of consistent private practice.

Matthew McConaughey shared something beautiful and profound at Riverbend Church:
We are Christ’s body — each of us a different part, with different roles.
The foot doesn’t say “I’m not a hand, so I don’t belong.” The ear doesn’t say “I’m not an eye, so I’m worthless.” Every

James Nestor tried something most orthodontists still say is impossible in adults: he grew new bone in his face.
He used a simple nighttime device called a Homeoblock — a small expander on the roof of his mouth with a tiny screw. Every few weeks he’d turn it a little more. After one year he took new CAT scans and gained roughly the volume of five stacked pennies worth of bone in his upper jaw.
The result? Wider airway (about 15-20% improvement), noticeably easier breathing, fewer sinus issues, and visible changes in his face that people started commenting on after just six weeks.
Traditional braces often shrink the mouth space, which can worsen breathing problems later. Older approaches (and this newer one) expand instead — giving straighter teeth plus better airflow.
Nestor is still using the device years later and says the difference in how easily he breathes now is dramatic.
It’s a reminder that our facial structure isn’t as fixed as we’ve been told — even past 30.
Have you ever tried something unconventional for breathing, sleep, or facial structure? Did it make a noticeable difference?

Jimmy Dore on Bill Gates’ Climate Change Complete Reversal
After years of pushing doomsday climate alarmism, Bill Gates has flipped his stance in a major public reversal. On October 28th, Gates published a memo and spoke on CNBC, dismissing the "cataclysmic climate change" narrative he once supported. Now, he claims climate change "will not lead to humanity’s demise," and people will "live and thrive in most places on Earth for the foreseeable future."
This sharp turnaround contradicts Gates’ previous alarming calls warning humanity’s survival was at risk. He now argues that fears about rapid sea level rise, catastrophic hurricanes, and worsening fires were overstated. In fact, he highlights that increased atmospheric carbon has led to more greenery, not less, and that emission projections have declined. Gates urges refocusing efforts away from apocalyptic temperature targets like 1.5 or 2 degrees Celsius, which he says we won't meet, towards improving human welfare, especially in impoverished nations.
He stresses the importance of balancing climate action with tackling poverty and disease, pointing out that developing countries have been stuck chasing expensive green solutions instead of affordable fossil fuels. Gates suggests we should prioritize measurable improvements like vaccines and poverty reduction over panicked climate alarmism, even if it means letting temperatures rise slightly.
This shift comes amidst criticism of Gates for previous fear-mongering and calls for him to apologize to scientists censored for expressing more moderate views, to young people traumatized by climate dread, and to developing countries boxed in by net zero policies.
Meanwhile, Jimmy Dore and others have highlighted this about-face as a validation of years of climate realism and skepticism towards the alarmist orthodoxy. It also fuels distrust in Gates, given his deep vaccine investments and history of public contradictions.
In a nutshell, Bill Gates went from climate doomsayer to climate realist advocating a pragmatic approach that prioritizes human lives over chasing impossible temperature goals—a pivot sure to stir controversy, inspire debate, and make many reconsider the climate crisis narrative as we know it.

Jimmy Dore: 20 years ago, CBS dropped a bombshell: a suppressed NIH study proved flu shots did not reduce elderly deaths
They got their hands on a suppressed NIH study that was so "incendiary" the lead author was silenced.
The facts will make your head spin:
➡️ Flu shots for seniors went from 15% to 65%.
➡️ Logic says flu deaths should have plummeted.
➡️ Reality? Flu deaths in the elderly went up.
The researchers were "astonished." They checked the data again and again. They expected to prove the shot worked. Instead, they proved it didn't.
And it wasn't just the U.S. The same disastrous results were found in other countries.
So what was the CDC's response? "Seniors should still get their flu shots."
Their new plan? Vaccinate children and healthy people who don't need it—a roundabout human experiment—to maybe protect the elderly.
Why not just give the protection to the person who needs it? Because their own study shows that doesn't work either.
They knew 20 years ago. And they're still doing it.

I will post this over and over again...
Cows Save The World? Shocking Carbon Study!
A groundbreaking study from the University of Nebraska presents a paradigm shift in the climate conversation.
The research concludes that raising more cattle is a key to a carbon-negative future, as they are net-positive for the atmosphere, producing more oxygen than the methane and carbon they emit.
The surprising prescription? To save the world, we might just need to eat more steak.

A landmark lawsuit filed by physicians against the CDC exposes a staggering admission: the entire childhood vaccine schedule—72 doses from birth to age 18—has NEVER been studied for its collective long-term effects.
The CDC concedes this critical point. While individual vaccines are tested, the synergistic effect of administering them together as mandated remains a vast, uncharted scientific territory. The lawsuit reveals these individual trials often only track short-term outcomes.
The plaintiffs' demand is clear: the CDC must either conduct a comprehensive study of the full schedule or reclassify vaccines. Currently, most childhood vaccines hold a Category A status, making them a requirement. The physicians argue they should be moved to Category B, which allows for personalized medical decisions between parents and doctors, acknowledging that a one-size-fits-all mandate is not evidence-based.
The CDC's justification for this lack of safety data? They claim it would be difficult to find an unvaccinated control group and that such a long-term study would be too expensive. Critics find these excuses hollow, pointing to a large population of unvaccinated children and questioning the allocation of the agency's billion-dollar budget.
This case forces a fundamental question: Why is the foundational public health policy for our children built on an unproven assumption? The outcome of this lawsuit could redefine informed consent and medical choice for a generation.
Follow for updates as this critical legal battle unfolds.

Canada has achieved a grim medical milestone: the world's first successful heart transplant from a patient euthanized via MAiD.
A 38-year-old man with ALS was lethally injected. Just seven minutes after his heart stopped, it was "reanimated," transported to the US, and transplanted.
This marks a terrifying new frontier in "Organ Donation after Euthanasia" (ODE), where Canada is now a "world leader."
The numbers are exploding:
• 136 of 286 global ODE cases by 2021 were Canadian.
• 5% of all organ transplants in Canada in 2024 used organs from the euthanized.
Medical reports themselves warn of the coercion: Patients who feel they are a "burden" may now feel pressured to "do something meaningful" with their death. The desire to donate can become a driver for the request to die.
We are normalizing a pathway where the most vulnerable are harvested to save others. This isn't just about one life-saving transplant; it's about the ethical cost to a society that creates a system where death becomes a utility.

"If they did the Tylenol challenge, they need to get to the hospital ASAP before 24 hours. If you go 25 hours, 26 hours, you're dead. Don't even bother going."
This urgent warning from renowned gastroenterologist and microbiome expert, Dr. Sabine Hazan, cuts through the noise of a dangerous new TikTok trend. In a stark commentary, Dr. Hazan responds to the viral "Tylenol Challenge," expressing disbelief at a social media culture that entices individuals—including a doctor—to engage in potentially fatal acts for clout.
Dr. Hazan reframes this not just as a reckless challenge, but as a symptom of a deeper societal crisis: a pervasive mental health issue fueled by anger and a loss of humanity. She draws a direct line from the alteration of our microbiome to mental health, suggesting that what we are witnessing is a collective gut-brain access problem manifesting in dangerous ways.
While the medical and scientific community rightly engages in debate over new hypotheses—like the recent HHS announcement on acetaminophen—Dr. Hazan emphasizes that there is no debate when it comes to a known, acute poison. The danger of acetaminophen overdose and the narrow window for the antidote (4-24 hours) is a settled matter of life and death.
Her message is twofold:
1. An immediate, life-saving alert: If you or anyone you know has participated in this challenge, seek emergency medical care NOW. Time is the critical factor.
2. A call for societal introspection: We must address the underlying mental health crisis and the toxic media environment that normalizes such "evil" and reckless behavior.
This isn't just about Tylenol; it's about recognizing that humanity has reached a dangerous tipping point, and saving lives requires both urgent medical intervention and a long-overdue conversation about our collective well-being.

Dr. Peter Hotez: "Some estimates indicate that the two mRNA vaccines used in the COVID pandemic saved 3.2 million American lives. So instead of 1.2 million Americans dying from COVID, it would have been 4.4 million. I'm very concerned that he's (RFK Jr.) decided to kind of take that technology off the table when we know it's proven to be effective and highly safe."

A critical warning from Bret Weinstein: The Real ID push is a deceptive federal power grab, and time is running out to stop it.
They’ve lied to you. 44% of state IDs are not compliant. The system is not a done deal, and the sudden urgency is our enemy telegraphing their move. They want your data, and they don’t have it yet.
Here’s the playbook to fight back:
1. REFUSE THE REAL ID. Do not acquiesce. When your DMV tries to push you into it, refuse. Demand a standard state ID or driver's license. The DMVs have gone rogue, working behind the backs of state governments. Don’t wait for renewal—act NOW.
2. NEUTRALIZE THE THREAT. Get a Passport Card. It functions for domestic air travel without enrolling you in the invasive Real ID system. It’s your shield, allowing you to travel freely while opting out of their data collection.
3. PUSH BACK. Contact your state legislators. Demand they exercise their constitutional right to nullify this federal overreach and protect your privacy.
This is about more than an ID. It’s about freedom from a digital panopticon. They are pressuring you because they need what you still have: your autonomy.
Spread this warning. Your inaction is their strategy. Your action is our resistance.

John Stossel: " If your kids were young now, would you give them the measles, the mumps vaccine?"
RFK Jr.: "No. I got measles, mumps when I was a kid..."
John Stossel: "Lots of people die from them used to die from those diseases."
RFK Jr.: "You know what, they died in the nineteen hundreds or early nineteen hundreds. There were about ten thousand Americans a year died. In 1964, there was about three or four hundred who died, and they were almost all, severely malnourished kids, mainly from the Mississippi Delta."
"This is before the poverty program, so there was was a lot of starving children in our country. It's it's very, very hard to kill a healthy child with any infectious disease, but particularly with measles. And the World Health Organization now says vitamin A is a absolute cure for measles, which we didn't know about back then."
"Back then, you know, we were treated with chicken soup, and and it was, you know, a a week at home watching Leave It to Beaver, and every kid caught it. Every single kid got it. And I had 11 brothers and sisters, and we all got it, and we were all fine."
"And there are lots and lots of studies out there now that show that kids who get measles as a child are much healthier when they grow up, that they're much more resistant to cancers, to atopic diseases, to allergies, and to, and to heart disease."

Israel’s Ministry of Health by March 2021 identified a nearly 1,000% increase in the risk of myocarditis associated with the second dose of the COVID-19 mRNA shot, according to documents obtained via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
The documents, which were shared with Children’s Health Defense (CHD) last week, also include emails between top officials at U.S. public health agencies showing that Israel’s Ministry of Health contacted them about myocarditis related to the shots as early as Feb. 28, 2021.
Ministry of Health Deputy Director Roee Singer informed the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that the health ministry had concerns about “a large number of myocarditis and pericarditis cases in young individuals” following the Pfizer shot and sought to discuss those concerns with the CDC.
A source who obtained documents from the U.S. Department of State shared Israel’s data on myocarditis rates and U.S. public health agencies’ correspondence with CHD. The documents include a slide presentation by Israel’s Ministry of Health Division of Epidemiology dated March 31, 2021.
The slides showed that by the end of March 2021, 5.2 million Israelis received the first dose of the vaccine and 4.8 million received the second dose. The incidence of myocarditis following dose 1 was 1.1 per million, and 11.7 per million following dose 2 — a 964% increase in incidence between the two.
The CDC didn’t publicly admit the link between the COVID-19 shots and myocarditis until May 27, 2021, even though Israel’s Ministry of Health had reached out in February 2021, and the agency had the slide presentation soon after that.
The slide presentation was included in an April 5, 2021, email that Dr. Lauri Markowitz, co-lead of the CDC’s Vaccine Safety Technical Work Group, sent to her staff.
CHD Senior Scientist Karl Jablonowski, who along with CHD Chief Scientific Officer Brian Hooker was among the first to detail the deception around myocarditis, told The Defender that the Israeli document amounts to a safety surveillance study of 5 million people — and it flags myocarditis as an “undeniably strong signal.”

Jimmy Dore: "When I first discovered that I was vaccine injured, I went to see my personal doctor and she's looked at me and she said, Jimmy, I'm treating five people just like you. Three of them are nurses and two of them are other doctors and they're all afraid to talk about.
I mean, too big of a dose or too low of a dose they would rig the trials. That's not anything new. Even if the trials were well done and the studies were reasonably well founded, interfering with a doctor's efforts to do the best thing on behalf of their patient is egregious."
