in last 7 years I’ve heard of shotgun kyc happen like twice with cake users. Basically non-existent.
We have a deal with our providers that if user refused kyc, the funds will be returned. But like i said its happened twice. Furthermore you can choose your provider in cake. All good questions and concerns.

We offer a few unique security features to keep your seeds safe. Let's break down your security options:

PIN: Simple, quick, and easy. Your phone's built-in protection.🛡️
Pros: Native to your device, stops casual snoopers. Cons: Relies on your device's security, leaves more to be desired for higher threat models.

2FA: Requires a code from your phone during urgent actions within Cake Wallet, ideally codes from another device. 🔐
Pros: Stronger protection against unauthorized access.
Cons: Requires an additional step for authorized actions, may require second device for max security.

Hardware wallet: More security 🥶
Pros: Best for long-term storage, highly secure when combined with PIN & 2FA.
Cons: Less convenient for on-the-go spending.

Find the security combo that fits your lifestyle. We let you mix and match! 🔄 What's your favorite security tool in Cake Wallet? ("all of them" doesn't count!)
