Most of us were never taught how money actually works.
Not at home, at the masjid, in school or at work.
We hear "Riba" is haram but what does that even mean? And what's the way out?
The Muslim Bitcoin Summit exists for exactly that — scholars, builders, and everyday Muslims figuring this out together.
Beginner-friendly. Faith-grounded.

Salam NoorNoders!
We would like to encourage all relay subscribers to make use of the NIP5 verification we offer. It is one of the most affordable out there at only 50 sats!
Just visit the relay home page:
https://noornode.nostr1.com/
And navigate to the "Manage Subscription" section:
https://image.nostr.build/0a78199d9947c54804de73ff1d566e2a84e7d0a392b1fae2091a825ad2c504fb.jpg
From here just scroll down to the bottom of the page where you can access the tool to manage your custom relay identity address:
https://image.nostr.build/93a9a14a56b7d0cc37edb701fa0aaddffa09392ab420c5fda79571ddcba29a7f.jpg
Once you've paid the 50 sat invoice, just add your custom NoorNode ID to your bio from any Nostr client.
NoorNode will be using these NIP5 IDs for special access to content in the future but they also function as a way to represent our Muslim relay on Nostr.
Help be a NoorNode ambassador by getting your NIP5 ID today!

Okay, like a nostr chat bot that integrates something like:
https://usul.ai/
Is that in line with what you're thinking?

Salaam NoorNoders!
We just pushed a brief update to this article as our relay software had an update that changed the link for the explorer tab which is where one signs up to become a subscriber.
New link: https://noornode.nostr1.com/trex
(use this plus the guide article if you are new and want to join the #NoorNode relay)
The old link (without the /trex url ending) will now bring you to a relay home page that can be used to view details like moderator contacts, some aggregate relay data, and a new subscriber management portal.
https://image.nostr.build/e09fd9a704c122d8ddd2c776bbfc80f466611b505bc0dbdce0d08b3f876f5354.png
This new portal for subscriber management is the place where you can top up your subscription balance, get a NIP-05 ID to represent the relay, and join a premium plan (which we don't really have details for yet).
https://image.nostr.build/bd512f21e68d4dc5b692e0c239aeb79d5e679941b2015bd38bd82923ab720468.png
We'll share more about the premium plan in a later post but we want to encourage relay subscribers to take advantage of the NIP-05 ID as it is a great way to support and build awareness for this community we have here on nostr.
Check out @nprofile…2vqy who recently joined nostr and already is being an ambassador for NoorNode!

One last note, our guide recommends Yakihonne as the best client for NoorNode. This update to our relay software lists Jumble as the top recommended client and we would encourage anyone to try them out if they want a different experience. Let us know if you prefer the Jumble feed over the Yakihonne one and we will consider adding more details on it to our guide article. #naddr1qv…a4sq

Salaam NoorNoders!
You can now manage your relay subscription. Head on over to https://noornode.nostr1.com to check out all the options. NIP05 IDs are available and can be a great way to represent your support for NoorNode. Check out @npub1p2e…wwhy who is one of the first to implement this cool new feature.

Details for the premium subscription are still being worked out but feel free to jump on it early if you like. May Allah reward everyone for their efforts in supporting the relay!

FYI, we are currently testing stream configurations. #nevent1q…35y5

2025-07-15 18:38:51 UTC

Salaam NoorNoders!
Our relay software (RelayTools) just released a major update. @npub1upd…83nv will be looking to implement some of these new features over the coming weeks but would like community input. Please check out the video in the post for full details of what is in the pipeline.
tl;dr - membership levels, NIP05 identities, and stream configurations. Exciting stuff!
What new feature would you like to see most on NoorNode?
