I'm embarrassed to admit, I might have liked it when I was 14 and trying to be edgy.

This week I have read:
Dungeon Crawler Carl by Matt Dinniman
Sooooo, I read this because I’ve seen a lot of people raving about it, and Good Reads’ algorithm has been suggesting it so hard I was sick of seeing the damn cover.
And honestly? Really disappointing. Frankly, I probably wouldn’t have finished it, except that I was having one of those days where I have to cram ten minutes of work into a ten hour day, and I had no phone signal.
Having googled around a bit since finishing it, I can see smarter people than me have criticised the glaring misogyny and and frankly incel adjacent trashiness of it, so I’ll leave that to them.
My most damning criticism is that I didn’t laugh once.

On a related note, I saw your post the other day about not making anything out of peer tube and I was wondering, is it actually more helpful to you I watch the videos on YouTube?
As in, I'm not bothered, would it at least help push you in the algorithm and kick bit back to you through ads?
I love your stuff, and I'd just like to watch it the way that would help you the most!

Makes you wonder what Starmer's understanding is of why he won in the first place.

I feel certain that I still wouldn't have enough bookshelves!

I'd like the hidden door to reveal a room with more bookshelves.
