meganisalanis

I like walking, gardening, music, chatting, learning and helping. I am also enjoying writing #alttext and sometimes hiding little messages there.
Initially this was a backup plan... I'm staying, I like it here 🤩

yes. We have done this too, even better - no bags (loose leaves and a good teapot)

How about sharing the #glimmers you find, I would like to read about them and I'm sure others would too. You might even like to add the #3goodthings #hashtag too
#gratitude and practice being #grateful for the things we can control and choose is scientifically proven to support our well-being.
Best wishes, here to hear more ❤️

definitely has similarities, someone suggested it to me when I was out of options for other pain relief and waiting on cortisone injection. I found it worth a try.

pain is not good, I am sorry you are having a tough time. I'm guessing you will be trying all sorts for the pain - heat, cool, ... I don't know if you have heard of tapping? I had some success with it when I was beside myself with shoulder pain last year.
Could be worth a try?
Best wishes for ridding yourself of what you can 🙏

I totally agree! While you are celebrating firesides, we have jandles and sunscreen, and blossoms share spaces with autumn splendor ❤️
The best of both worlds 🌎 😍

Pretty sure I took a similar set of photos last spring. I always enjoy the variety of colours on my nasturtium Flowers.

super pricey kit called EPro8 we have used at school would be a wishlist item, there's another kit I can't remember the name of too. I'll see if I can find it

what's with the anti speedhump stuff?? These are trying to reduce the dangerous speeding happening inside our cities... anti cycling, anti walking, pro speeding??

good on you. There's a lot of science that backs up the practice too. I started a few years back and it is now a habit.

I am supposed to have Classroom release today and I have prepared everything, shared it with my reliever on Monday and woken to news that a colleague is sick, we have no relievers and either we split the class or I miss my release...
Not ideal any way...
It's going to get worse before it gets better, I heard about more new graduates deciding teaching in the current conditions is just not worth the stress...
