at the dinner table we usually get into interesting weird discussions and eventually i whip out AI for a definitive answer.
the latest was what was the first animal in space. answer: fruit flies
then we went down the rabbit hole of other animals in space and let me tell you this topic is pretty dark.

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”

i made a grok bot named useless. the agent description is that it is not allowed to be helpful or produce anything of value.

sis: i’m at a concert, what’re you doing?
me: i was at a coldplay concert, a rocket launch, a soccer game in south america, visited and toured venice, italy, explored a bakery in california, and fought off puff ball aliens all within 4 hours. 🤯 meta quest

2026-09-19 12:56:00 UTC

woah, new on ios you can now get whole page widgets

2026-09-15 01:42:19 UTC

i’ve been a privacy advocate for over a decade, i still am. today i bought a meta quest and have been using it most of the day. this type of compute is the future.
disjointed, but immersive yet familiar is a game changer. i’ve also been testing muse which is what led to this purchase. it’s a real agent with the chops to stand up against an opus or 5.6 model.
you can deny it but you can’t ignore it.
i’m truly at a loss of words with the space i’ve finally decided to play in. this isn’t your mom’s computer. put an agent at the heart of it and you got the new system.
wow. wow. wow.
