Currently exploring a linear timeline in Bellingham, WA. Before that was Bozeman, MT and before that, upstate NY.

Previous life as an EMT, now living in the domain of #DevOps.

Too many interests and not enough time.

I like to #ski, #run, #ferment, #compute, #photograph, #cook, #explore, #read, and #grow. I do my darnedest to shift my lifestyle towards #sustainability and #reduce my impact. My latest focus includes #rust, #strongtowns, and #permacomputing.

The mini-rack #K3s cluster is complete. Refamiliarizing with #Ansible to get everything set up because I'm going to finally have my #homelab configuration documented and backed up, dammit.

Or maybe you're reusing the Dell rack you printed--if so, disregard!

@npub1mvj…jlw0 Did you go with a publically available model for your M720q (or equivalent) rack mount? Mind sharing if so? There's a few options out there, especially in the 10inch variety and trying to gauge the best ones.

Hi!
I've moved from my personally hosted instance to the subdued.social instance so it only seems appropriate to make my #introduction.
Currently working as a #DevOps engineer for a #healthcare related SaaS company. Love me some #Linux, #CLI, and learning #Rust where I can find time. I also like to do a bunch of other things, so 🤷.
Hoping to convince myself that I have enough to share that's worth posting about. Excited to be a part of a #community instead of an isolated #Mastodon island!
