Back home in portland!
Airport experience was actually more mild than anticipated. Detained for a little over an hour after passport check coming back in. Lots of questions, most of which seemingly being about 764? which was… interesting. Nothing happened with the phone I had on me aside from the agent who took me in for questioning asking me to put it on airplane mode and show him it wasn’t recording or connected to service/wifi. Heavy on the playing the “good cop” role lol.

Clarklewis statement about what happened in Portland this past weekend leaves out the part that matters most… I never claimed they knowingly booked a white nationalist event. I don’t think anyone who was there was.
But on top of everything, I recently received a message from someone who works at Clarklewis and was there that day.
They told me that several employees recognized the shirts as soon as the group came in.
They said they told Joe they were uncomfortable, and that Joe told them the group had a contract and couldn't be made to leave because of the event contract… that they just needed to get through it. They also told me Joe said the group could sue, or use their platforms to make the company look bad.
I was able to verify this person both works there, and was working that day.
So, at the very least, they were informed by their own employees before we even got there. So yes, they knowingly and willingly protected white nationalists.
Even if they didn’t know *before* they definitely knew once they were there. And it’s what they decided to do with that knowledge.
I watched what happened after I personally told the chef. I told him who these people were and his response was that the owners are gay.
He pointed to the Pride flag. And he told us they don't discriminate against religion.
instead of dealing with that information, we were threatened with arrest.
Three people were filming and asking questions and we were told the police could be called. We were told that if we wanted to film, we had to stand in the middle of the street, even though we were on public property. Meanwhile, the white nationalists were still inside.
Then the garage doors closed.
The blinds came down.
And the white nationalists were allowed to leave through the back.
So please please don’t tell us what you would’ve done had you known because I saw what you actually did when you found out

Since the local media still wants to call the guys in Portland this weekend “alleged” white nationalists, let’s take a look at some of the known faces who were there.
First up is David Reilly. former radio host. publicly associated with far right and white-nationalist networks. Helped organize & promote Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, including the torch march. Had ties to Identity Evropa. Super active in Idaho. Supports Nick Fuentes. Here he is tweeting about his time in pdx this past weekend with Peter Brimelow.

More later but Clarklewis in portland is
LITERALLY PROTECTING NAZIS as we speak. white nationalists are gathered here and they are protecting them and threatening us with arrest for asking them why they allow this in our community. The owner claims it's ok since the business is “gay owner” and doesn’t discriminate against religion. Still here will update later need to preserve battery.

Lowkey losing my mind at FRSO and their “anti ice” grifter ghost org. First it was a social media campaign encouraging people to call the DA and encourage them to convict Thomas Allen (violent and annoying local far right agitator)… then it was, let’s go protest INSIDE the cop shop and beg the police to convict him… and now they are standing outside the courthouse chanting “convict Thomas Allen” ahead of some bs slap on the wrist court appearance lol.
If you saw any of the videos I posted from the sports bra counter protest the other day when the fash got chased out, that was FRSO in the background chanting “arrest Thomas Allen.”
Of course they all left before things got violent. They got their recruitment material for social media and left the rest of the group shortly after.
There are so many problems with this strategy.
Prison is not a deradicalization program. It is a place where far-right prisoners can organize, recruit, build networks, and further radicalize.
And who exactly are we asking to bear the consequences of this "solution"? The same incarcerated people who are disproportionately poor, Black and brown, queer, trans, disabled, undocumented, and otherwise marginalized... whose safety supposedly matters to us?
If your political imagination ends (or starts let’s be fr) at "report them to the prosecutor," you're not building an antifascist movement. You're outsourcing political conflict to the carceral state and calling it accountability. Fascism isn't defeated by giving the state more people to imprison. And don’t even get me started on the whole doing this under the anti ice org banner because you can’t support the police and be against ICE.
What is happening this feels like a fucked up fever dream.

Almost every time an antifascist is assaulted by someone on the far right at a protest/counter protest/certain events etc, there are people who immediately go to the cops and ask “why aren’t you arresting them?”
I know the answer is obvious to a lot of people but I think it’s worth paying attention to what law enforcement almost always says.
“You have to file a police report. I can’t do anything if you (or they) don’t talk to me.”
obviously thats not how law enforcement works and its a way of mocking people who don’t trust law enforcement. Cops routinely arrest and target antifascists and people in general based on what they personally witnessed, what someone else told them, footage they’ve seen, information they’ve gathered, or often with little to no justification at all.
They don’t need an antifascist to walk up and file a report before deciding that an arrest is warranted when we’re the ones they want to target.
when a fascist assaults someone in front of them and suddenly the response is “yeah well they need to file a report first,”that isn’t some neutral limitation on what police can do.
It’s a choice.
And watching people repeatedly try to force cops to explain that double standard only to get the same rehearsed excuse is an important reminder of exactly who law enforcement chooses to protect and who they choose to criminalize.

Here at the Sports Bra bar where a small group of transphobic fash are gathered again.
The portland community has yet again shown the fuck up to defend the space and the community and antifascists greatly outnumber them
Fascists have already been pushed so far out and there is still a large group pushing them even further away.
Lots of bear mace from the fascists but the collective vibe of the antifascists seems to be “bring it lol”

New press release from A/I calling it quits 💔
The day we discovered we had been designated a global terrorist organization, we promised that we would try to resist as long as this was possible, that we would not back down as long as we could see options to stand our ground. For years, we have proudly maintained and defended a free, privacy-friendly, autonomous and politically committed infrastructure.
“Stay human” is not an empty phrase to us.
It means, above all, that we have a responsibility to protect our users, those who build the human networks we rely, and for the communities who flooded us with messages of support and solidarity.
We cannot engage in a fight or expose ourselves to manipulations that threaten the lives of these people and their loved ones, leaving them at the mercy of autocrats, fascists and agencies that take extra-legal courses of action. The possibility that our work may cause legal and financial consequences to those who are close to us - or even only have something to do with us - leaves us no choice.
A/I is shutting down. The Autistici/Inventati collective is shutting down and will soon discontinue all of the services we provide.
There is no easy way to announce or explain this
Every day we stayed online after August 26, 2026, has been a victory, but now we are forced to stop.
None of us holds eroic gestures and martyrs in high esteem, therefore we will demand no sacrifices. Not from us, not from anyone else. In this political climate, continuing to offer our services endangers our users and anyone who is part of our communities. In a world where allegations are disconnected from reality, we can only expect repression to be increasingly disproportionate. Under these circumstances, we are no longer able to maintain our original mission - offering secure and non-commercial digital tools.
These 25 years have been amazing. It’s been an “incredible ride”.
Now turn off your PCs, get out of your homes, struggle, hug each other and keep on smiling. We are stopping, but the Resistance and ideas do not stop. Stay human.
We will soon send instructions on how to back up the content of your blogs, mailboxes and websites, along with more technical recommendations. But keep in mind that, just as the autistici.org domain was made unreachable without previous notice, in the next few days we might suffer similar issues that we may not be able to predict.

Heads up Portland- quite a few Nazi tags have been going up. This style has been put up in three different spots around town since yesterday. All have since been covered but keep your eyes peeled. If you can’t cover it yourself please report it immediately.
These tags have all had the vertical stripe version of the cascadia flag (the version white supremacists use to advance their goal of a whites only PNW), swastikas, SS symbols, other Nazi symbols and very racist slurs.
I noticed tags of this flag going up early summer in Gresham and now around portland proper

Political repression rarely identifies itself as repression. It is made bureaucratic, procedural and ordinary. It requires a target the public can be taught to fear and a vocabulary capable of making violence against that target appear necessary.

This will be my first time talking about this publicly in detail. Not sure how deep we’ll get into it but we shall see! I’m hoping this can help inspire a way to finally figure out how and where to tell my story.
This will be a casual conversation with a facilitator and everyone is welcome to participate and ask questions. There’s a lot to learn from this experience.

Would love recs for things to do/see in Oslo, Berlin, and anywhere accessible by train ride during the fall 👀
Aside from the obvious (🖤❤️), other interests are history, nature/hiking, art (but not like big popular museums more so smaller collectives/printshops etc), and literature. Nightlife can get into pretty much anything if the vibe is right, but love dark wave, international, and Arabic. Also anyone I should talk to? Feel free to reach out by DM or email too.

In an unconfirmed livestream video of the mass shooting, the shooters appear to both be wearing black sun (nazi) patches and AWD (atomwaffen division) patches. Writings on the gun include the logo for the nazi accelerationst group The Base, the numbers 14 and 88, TND, and the othala rune.

From @nprofile…n6pd on bsky:
There is purported livestream footage of the San Diego mosque shooters committing suicide. You don't need to see that & I recommend avoiding X today.
If verified, it shows patches on a plate carrier; one appears to be a sonnenrad (nazi symbol), the other is hard to make out, maybe AWD.
AWD (atomwaffen division) has been defunct for years now, but remains a powerful symbol for accelerationist youth. There was a recent attempt to revive it that was generally considered a larp, not endorsed by former members & never gained steam. But the mystique is still strong.
A good deal of the youth terror scene is creating little larp groups modelled on AWD, that mostly put their energy into aesthetics before fizzling out. But these youth terror cells are sometimes used as recruitment pipelines for groups like Injekt Division.
Not saying the San Diego mosque shooters were a part of any of this, but if that is indeed an AWD patch it points to possible proximity to such networks.
It's also possible these guys could just be wearing it like edgy branding, like a terror Nike swoop.

Three people were murdered at a mosque in San Diego today in what is being investigating as a hate crime. And already, the same politicians and far right figures who spent years flooding this country with anti-Muslim and anti-Arab rhetoric are pretending this violence came out of nowhere, blaming attendees at the masjid, and even calling for more violence.
Numerous sources say anti-Islamic writings were found in the shooters’ car. Hate speech was reportedly written directly onto one of the guns used in the attack. One of the shooters allegedly left behind a note for his father ranting about “racial pride.” Outside the car where the two shooters were found, there was a gas can marked with SS symbols.
This is what happens when Islamophobia is normalized at every level of politics & media. When Muslim communities are constantly framed as threats. When genocide is justified abroad and hate is cultivated at home.
People love to act shocked after people are killed, but the rhetoric came first. The dehumanization came first. The racist fearmongering came first.
Muslim communities should be able to exist, pray, and gather without being hunted by fascists radicalized by the exact narratives people in power keep pushing.

An updated version to "Recognizing Hate" is out. This article and zine is a reference guide to identify various nazi dog whistles, symbols, and far right groups. It includes a list with brief descriptions of the most active far-right groups currently in the US. The zine will continuously be updated as needed, but the link will not change. PDF & printable zine available at the link below.
There is already an update underway that’ll be finished in the next couple days to include TPUSA and some other information.
This resource is, for the mort part, a nationwide list. Stay posted for guides that'll cover region specific groups around the US with important and necessary context.
The more you learn the more you see. This info helps keep us and our communities safe. As always, forever grateful for the hard work of antifascist researchers. The fruits of their labor is often invisible but quite literally saves lives.

Unsure if coincidental or related to the newly announced “rose city patriots” but today in Portland, OR at Gabriel Park, a group of far right assholes showed up for a pro ICE flag wave by the skatepark.
I don’t know if Peter was there atm, but other fash in attendance included violent far right instigator and propagandist/live-streamer Tommy Allen, Brian Veach (aka Tinkerton), Skyler Jernigan, Shane Carroll and more. All those named have a history of violence and harassment. In 2020 skyler shot a gun out of a car window after harassing protesters, Shane Carroll who I have recently posted about is extremely unstable and has pulled a gun on people outside of the pdx ICE facility numerous times as well as assaulted people, Tinkerton maced someone outside of the ICE facility point blank in the face who was in a wheelchair about a month ago, has a history of domestic violence and harassing children on live streams. All involved with “patriot corner”

Far right instigator and grifter Peter Walter Patrick (aka Conspiretard), of Coos Bay, Oregon has taken to social media to claim an end to “Patriot Corner.” For those unfamiliar, that’s what the far right assholes have been calling the area at the Portland, OR ICE facility where the far right tends to gather as people protest against ICE. They frequently instigate altercations, start fights, and spew hateful rhetoric and slurs as obnoxiously as possible while manufacturing content and false narratives for their live streams and Twitter feeds.
He is claiming an end to this chapter and the beginning of what they are now calling “Rose City Patriots” (which lol because barely any of them are even from rose city). Their stated goal is to “stand firmly against Antifa” and attend more events and disrupt more protests outside of the ICE facility.
Not sure how much will actually change considering this group has already been showing up to other events outside of ICE in Portland. And although they have been relatively small, they have still been both violent and disruptive. Also worth noting with this shift the attempt to recruit more fascists. So just something to be aware of and be on the lookout for.
A few months ago Peter dressed up in a skull mask to menace children and families at a Coos Bay community dance and Pride event. He arrived with two other fash assholes, Chris Sims and Daniel Vrosh (Danny Rebel). They harassed the Pride Prom and drag show and attempted to intimidate attendees and event staff. The two people he showed up with (who are from Washington) also have quite the track record of inciting violence and harassing people. Including filming and harassing children during school walk outs. The three of them showed up to disrupt the All Ages Pride Prom Drag Show after a call to counter it was put out by right wing extremist Chris Tough aka "Himwho.” Chris has a long history of being affiliated with the areas far right street fighter types, including Proud Boys, Patriot Prayer, and threepers.

Malik Muhammad was effectively disappeared inside the prison system for over a week.
No clear answers. Just contradictions from the Oregon Department of Corrections and other facilities.
They were finally located because Malik was able to send a letter. They are now in a South Carolina prison, thousands of miles from their community and lawyer.

Malik Muhammad, who received the harshest sentence tied to the 2020 George Floyd uprisings, has effectively been disappeared by the state.
Prison officials continue to dodge calls, contradict each other, and refuse to say where Malik is or why.
This isn’t just neglect, it’s political repression, retaliation, and state violence.

Just want to emphasize I do not say any of this to fear monger. This level of surveillance might not become more widespread and I hope it doesn’t. But I think people’s fears are understandable and maybe some insight into other people’s experiences from things that have already been happening will help folks feel better prepared. Only reason I share any of this

I mentioned this incident on here when it happened, so it’s up somewhere… but another thing to consider is clothing.
While I was waiting for an explosives specialist to come inspect my belongings one time while going through security, someone else with DHS approached me with a clipboard and circled me as he documented all of my visible tattoos.

Some questions I have been asked, along with people I know who were targeted and harassed when flying post 9/11
Again, doesn’t mean it’s going to happen to you, but something to consider since you might not be allowed through without cooperating:
Where are you going
Are you traveling with anyone
Who are you going to see at destination
What are you going to do at destination
How much cash did you bring
How much money do you plan on spending
Did you bring gifts for anyone
Did anyone send gifts back with you
Where are you staying (sometimes exact address)
Who are you staying with
How did you book your accommodations (sometimes they request to see receipts)
How will you be traveling while there (car, public transit, etc)
Have you been there before
While some of these are not uncommon for international travel, many of these have been asked while traveling domestically too. On one of my most recent flights, I was asked a lot of these questions very informally. A dude with DHS was pretending to shoot the shit and it almost felt like flirting (but was very transparently questioning me)

Seeing a lot of “how to prepare” type posts for ICE at airports, which is great… but almost every post I’m seeing has said to turn off biometrics (great) and turn your phone off completely while going through security.
As someone who has been given an insanely difficult time at airports the past 3 years, please don’t rely on turning your phone off alone. It might work for some people, but I’m not allowed past security without showing all of my electronics turn on, and they have to remain on until I get through.
I have quite a few posts detailing my experiences. If it’s helpful I can try to dig them up and reshare. I know it won’t be the same for everyone, but what I go through is pretty intense and maybe getting an idea of some of the things they do will help.

New- On October 6, 2025, a memorial by the Hillel chapter at Lewis & Clark College in Portland sparked intense emotional reactions from students. Featuring photos of Israeli hostages and a sign about the October 7 attacks, the display was criticized for its misleading language, with some students labeling the organization as “proudly Zionist.”
Unlike previous instances that had drawn outrage and similar responses without significant consequences, this time was different. Two students—an Arab Muslim and a Black Jewish student—were suspended for challenging the memorial by attempting to remove it and posting images of Palestinian martyrs. This marked a significant escalation in disciplinary actions against political activism on campus.

Understanding the complexities of a distant culture and its social dynamics can be challenging for people, especially regions you have no connection to, and especially for people in the west. If you find it difficult to comprehend how people in another country might oppose certain groups, experience oppression, and yet still celebrate specific actions, it might be wise to hold back your opinions. The world is not just black and white.

“This isn’t supposed to be happening here”
This refrain of disbelief has been echoing relentlessly in my mind
What better phrase to encapsulate the fragile safety net of those living in the heart of empire
For many nestled in the imperial core, war is a distant specter, a mere concept
The haunting drone of surveillance doesn't echo in our ears, its absence a silence we barely notice
Our windows remain unshaken as missiles rain down on neighbors, lives shattered beyond recognition
The blood spilled in distant lands never stains this soil
This world remains untouched, wrapped in the illusion of safety
“This isn’t supposed to be happening here”
because it’s supposed to be happening *there*
The people dehumanized and abandoned
Where bombs drop and we stand unmoved
Where genocide is reduced to a headline
“Hundreds of murdered children” becomes a hollow statistic
Rubble and destruction are mere photos on Instagram, easily ignored and effortlessly swiped away
And here I sit, untouched, as the world burns

Yesterday alone there are reports of over 11,000 people fleeing to Syria from Lebanon. This is going to create so much more forced displacement and the numbers will only rise. And that’s for those who are able to flee.

Israel issued evacuation orders for ALL of southern Lebanon. They continue to forcefully displace large amounts of people, destroying the land, and carry on endless murders.
Israel never even stopped bombing Jnoub/ southern Lebanon since the supposed
"ceasefire" and now they are attempting to destroy as much of the country as they can.
Meanwhile the da3esh forces that many
"leftists" in the west cheered on despite what many Syrians and SWANA minorities were saying and explaining are supporting Israel against Lebanon.

Whether or not they abide by it is another story and we shall see. In 2020 our local police were issued the same restraining order. They violated it immediately. These feds who were told they have “full immunity” by Vance have even less reason to abide by any orders

2026-02-03 23:41:43 UTC

TRO against federal agents use of force has been GRANTED!
There was a hearing today where a judge ruled in favor of and granted a temporary restraining order against the feds in Portland, OR using chemical weapons and excessive force after multiple lawsuits were filed after this weekend, including from a march of over 5,000 people on Saturday where young children got teargassed, and Sunday night where over 500 people protested at the ICE facility and without warning the feds gassed a large portion of the city.
The TRO blocks federal officers from using “chemical or projectile munitions,” including pepper balls, tear gas and other crowd control munitions “unless the specific target of such a weapon or device poses an imminent threat of physical harm to a law enforcement officer or other person.”
“In a well-functioning constitutional democratic republic, free speech, courageous newsgathering, and nonviolent protest are all permitted, respected, and even celebrated. In an authoritarian regime, that is not the case,” U.S. District Court Judge Michael Simon wrote in a 22-page temporary restraining order, which you can read here: https://www.opb.org/pdf/Dickinson%20v_1770160054941.pdf
The ruling also blocks federal officers from firing munitions or using weapons directed “at the head, neck, or torso of any person, unless the officer is legally justified in using deadly force against that person.”
“The temporary restraining order goes into effect for 14 days and could be renewed. Simon has scheduled a hearing on the underlying lawsuit for March 2, where he’ll take testimony from witnesses. That evidence could form a basis for an injunction should the judge deem it necessary.”

Hi all really appreciate everyone’s help. Making this follow up post because can’t respond to everyone atm. We’re reading all the suggestions and making call after call to see what is feasible. Will update if people need any kind of crowdsourcing for this. It’s frustrating that any of this is necessary to begin with, let alone how inaccessible follow up care and testing is. On top of that it is every day regular people who are not medical experts or scientists and don’t have the knowledge of what to test for, and even a lot of medical professionals don’t know what to do or brush it off. All this while seeing our community suffer with a long slew of symptoms.
Please keep sending in advice, might not respond but it’s not going unseen or unappreciated. Thank you 🖤

Portland peeps we need some help!
Some people need to get a blood panel done. Specifically looking to check for heavy metals.
A few questions:
How can people who do not have insurance do this?
What about folks who have OHP but no primary care physician?
If these routes render useless, any recommendations for the cheapest way to do this?
Was told they would not do this testing at the emergency room. Is going to an urgent care who takes OHP and getting a referral for a lab an option? The urgent care centers we have called have sounded clueless. And the ones who did have easy access to these services that we found and tried were far too inaccessible for most people.
Time is of the essence for this.

Decent turnout tonight at the ICE facility in Portland, Oregon. A call to action was put out after border patrol executed Alex Jeffrey Pretti in Minneapolis earlier today.
Earlier some barricades were put up against the gate where the feds typically come out from, including dumpster that got rolled over. Another door was also barricaded.
Feds have tear-gassed a few times but a ton being deployed right now. Lots of loud booms and lotssss of gas.

All of the various angles out there show that Alex Jeffrey Pretti was filming ICE and had nothing but a camera in his hands before he was piled on, beat while on his hands and knees, and publicly executed. Slowed down footage appears to show one of the agents removing his firearm from his holster before he was murdered. He was unarmed when executed, and his firearm had nothing to do with this to begin with. Other angles show an ICE agent clapping right after he was executed.
They shot him at least 10 times while he was face down. Violence is the point. Murder is the point. Any remedy that isn’t total abolition is inherently violent.

Antisemitic, Islamophobic, self proclaimed Nazi Edward Jacob "Jake" Lang showed up with a very small group in Minneapolis today. They were vastly outnumbered by at least a few hundred antifascists chanting him down to the point his hate speech was not heard. After failing to make their way into a closed City Hall and getting stuck in a window recess, they got chased out by hundreds of people.
His “crusade march” didn’t happen because of the community response, and he was unable to burn a Quran and terrorize the community like he had planned.
His plate carrier was left behind after he escaped by running through a hotel and leaving out the back before jumping into a car. In multiple shots he appears to be covered in water, snow, and even had blood dripping down the back of his neck.
Turns out people don’t want nazis in their cities

Regarding the two people that CBP shot in Portland, Oregon on Thursday:
The man driving the vehicle is currently in FBI custody after being treated for gunshot wounds to the arm and abdomen. The woman in the car with him who was shot in the chest has already been transported to the ICE detention center in Tacoma, Washington.
In court documents made public earlier today, the FBI claims that it found no surveillance or other footage of Border Patrol wounding these two people. CBP also told the FBI that they shot them after the driver allegedly backed up into an unoccupied vehicle they had rented. Conveniently, none of the six agents present when this happened were recording on their body cameras either.

TW 🚨 video is not graphic but it shows the fed shooting the woman as she attempts to drive away and there are gunshot sounds.
There is zero justification for this. Not that anyone expected anything else but DHS isn’t even trying to pretend to look into this or condemn this murder. They took no time to take to social media to lie about this woman’s actions and justify her murder.
It is clear as day she was just attempting to drive away.

Federal agents shot and killed a community member who was observing an ICE raid in Minneapolis this morning. Reports that she was shot in the face multiple times. On the ground reports that feds refused access for medical assistance and physicians who were otg attempting to administer aid and check her pulse.
In the videos of the shooting circulating social media, it is clear she was attempting to drive away. She posed no threat to agents or anyone else. This was cold blooded murder. DHS is already lying about the murder and attempting to justify their actions.
Abolish ICE

A few Patriot front stickers got taken down today nearby the protest. It was the thin paper ones and it looked fresh. Anyone recognize the dudes with Tommy today? Especially the super covered up one. He looked like the dude throwing up sieg heil at ICE (not the nazis who were ID’d)

This time last year doctors were telling us it would be our last Christmas with teta. This year she’s thriving and full of laughter. The strongest and bravest woman I know who also happened to pass on the ability to make the best food to the rest of us 🖤

Bluesky suspending antifascist researchers for sharing publicly available information about literal nazis.
Should be no surprise considering bsky constantly protects nazis, the far right, and all flavors of bigotry at the expense of Palestinians and trans women.
Fortunately, their information already spread so far and wide that at least half of the Blood Tribe nazis lost their jobs following the mass doxx. Chris Pohlhaus, leader of BT, estimated financial losses at over $2 million lol. Happy holidays!

A Portland jury acquitted Indigenous community member Tracy Molina, also known as Cozca, of every charge submitted to them after a two-day trial centered on washable chalk messages written on a police precinct window, and police testimony riddled with lies that the jury ultimately rejected.
Read more here and hear directly from the defendant as she shares some thoughts on this political prosecution and her history being targeted by law enforcement in response to her Indigenous religious practices and political organizing:

Here is the video I said I would share yesterday. It is from 4/23/23 when the defendant attempted to write “!Feliz cumpleaños Tortuguita!”
This video was taken shortly after she was arrested. As you can see, the liquid chalk pen didn’t even need soap and water to be removed. This is what the police referred to as “vandalism” and a “spray paint pen” claiming damages to the police precinct (downtown central precinct / (in)Justice Center in Portland, Or). The same chalk pen was used for the 3/3/23 incident in question where police on the ground let her go.

Day 2 of Indigenous community member Tracy Molina, aka Cozca, trial is about to start. Notes from yesterday linked below.
A more in depth (and inshallah much less sloppy) summary will be out later in article form. Until then you can follow along this thread for updates.
Yesterday the State rested their case and a few of Molinas charges were acquitted after the defense caught all 3 of the States witnesses (all cops) in numerous lies. So much so that the last two cop witnesses were called off short and one called off entirely. Today we will be hearing from the defense.
