Ripping off ZeroHedge, but it was too good.

Once you have used Hermes Agent, even with a small local model, everything else looks and sounds lame.

Been away for a while. My Mom passed away and just didn’t fell like being very social. I’m back and have to say, I missed the Nostr feels. 😄

I wonder how this is calculated? Does it include assets such as real estate? Equities? Cash under the mattress only? 😂

I don’t like this guy, but make it make sense that someone who renounced their US citizenship in 2014 can be charged for tax evasion in 2017?

I have a 14MW site in Missouri with energy rate at $0.06 per kWh. 2MW transformer onsite now with 250 kW of machines running.
Containers and additional transformers are needed to continue the build out. This could be a hosting site where energy is marked up or a self mining location.
Are there any plebs here with access to capital that would be interested in developing the site with me? I have a five year lease with option to extend and talking to the fiat brain investors is wearing me out. Please DM with any other questions.

I had to take down an old maple threatening the house. Always makes me sad, but even dead and in pieces it’s beautiful.

I’m doing this too. Unmetered Internet for the win.

Immutability is a feature, not a bug.
Noobs to Nostr often ask what the point of NIP-05 verification is because you only need a domain name which are cheap?
The point is that I am proving my online identity to everyone else, not Twitter blessing my online identity by making me dox myself and then allowing me into a limited group of verified accounts.
It’s true that I could register a domain anonymously and do bad things, but it would not benefit me because others would reject my account identity and the domain verification associated with it.
Nostr should remain immutable just like Bitcoin. It makes you consider your words before speaking because there are no take backs. I believe that is part of the reason the general vibe on Nostr is positive compared to other platforms.

Craig Wright is a piece of crap, but it’s the UK legal system which makes these ridiculous lawsuits possible and expensive to fight.
