Most of my favourite music is by "unknown" artists-
This has been at the top of my playlist for a few years now- https://benjrowland.bandcamp.com/album/community-garden
And this banger- https://trkingston.bandcamp.com/album/queens-ep
Neither of which are "big hits", or even known to more than a hand full of people, but they're just as valid as anything on the radio- Gene Simmons is kind a dick, in multiple ways.

This came out when I was in college- definitely hits that nostalgia button. Nice deep cut for me, I haven't heard it in a while, thank.

I was unaware of them, this video was on my feed, but I didn't notice until seeing your post, so I checked it out-

Haven't watched a lot of Fielder's work, but this might be a set up.

And it falls into the trap of dismissing anything that can't be measured, creating a very narrow framing of reality, while claiming it's absolute, much like the most dangerous religious dogmas.

That it starts with Thor is <chef's kiss>
Had the Headpins album on vinyl- won it from the radio station Chez 106 out of Ottawa- they had an ongoing show where people write in a set of songs with a theme, mine got picked once, but I was busy that night and didn't hear it. The next day at school I heard all about it. The station sent me a bunch of albums, including the Headpins, which was purple and really static-y.
I do have to agree though, I lean towards the auntie playlist.

This March 8th, a day in which the world honors the working woman, we pay tribute to the anti-imperialist women of our continent. With their body-territories, their intellect, and their example, they are writing the most dignified pages of the contemporary history of Nuestra América.

"By presenting itself as a democratic outlet reporting on crimes against humanity while simultaneously spreading misinformation about self-organisation—particularly among Kurds in Syria—Al Jazeera actively contributes to the incitement of ethnic tensions between Arab and Kurdish communities in the Middle East.
The narratives promoted by Al Jazeera stand in direct contradiction to democratic values and the principles of peaceful coexistence in the region."

Irony is a posture pretending to be a critique.
