"It's easy to use..."
I agree that the initial step is really hard. I only know enthusiasts who can overcome the initial hurdle of downloading a secure ISO and setting up an air-gapped device. You mentioned "coldcard dice users"; I think you can count on PGP users too, and not much more — just better hygiene and habits during the initial setup.
It's incredible to think that an industry which lost 10 trillion in capital last year has such poor security practices, and it's even worse when common users have such poor setups on their devices. It's uncommon to acquire a secure device such as a Yubikey or Nitrokey, and setting up a Graphene OS phone is very niche for the general user base.
I think we can do better, as demonstrated by the Foundation devices. Perhaps you could create a visually appealing, user-friendly app for their devices. I cannot think of any other device that is both highly secure and user-friendly.

= Nostr Ideas
== Nostr-BTC
Development of Nostr silent payments.
A client that is compatible with Nostr and uses inscriptions, as well as using the BTC database to fetch NIP events and multimedia.
From your NSEC/NPUB, create a HODL address as coinb.in does, modifying the public address to a specific hash timelock. This creates a new address and makes timelocked BTC on Nostr compatible.
== Nostr
Development of Denos, a Nostr signer with DNN compatibility and wallet-like functions.
Development of DNN and easy-to-display static HTML web pages on Nostr as events.
Make it possible for events on Nostr to be shown on a client with an export-like function, such as a QR code, and a dynamic QR Nostr event.
Create a scheme for Nostr keys as Inkan does: an authority key and a replaceable delegate key, based on BTC if possible.
Implement FROST on a client or a Bunker Signer scheme using FROST.
== Mix
Create a Nostr client with an easy option to download text as a PDF or EPUB, similar to Einkbrowser, and combine it with the ease of use of Firedown. Download multimedia (images, music and videos) as easily as Firedown does.
== Nostr-NIP
Make a NIP compatible with the PSBT format and the descriptor format used in multisig wallets, and export tag TX as a Nostr NIP event.
== Ciphertext
Use the private key as PGP does for an armoured ASCII text format to make Nostr a PGP-style format for files and text in an armoured ASCII format.
== Fix
When changing relays on the Satori web client, there is a problem where it freezes when you do so.

I agree with the part of information arbitrage, but 10 million per unit represent the world gdp, so it won't happen
