@npub1kwa…e0nj after my Pixel 9 Pro (GrapheneOS) display was changed in a repair shop, the selfie camera stopped working. It's black. Same problem with GrapheneOS Camera and Google Camera. Can that be related to a software check or was that just a poor repair ?

I can't get Google TTS to work (bug already reported, the languages aren't downloaded) and it's important to have this out of the box to be able to recommend #grapheneos to people.

Out of curiosity, in which ways are Tuta's services "highly flawed" in your opinion ? You said this and I'd like to know the base of this claim please.

People do you want to bet/guess which will be the OEM, for the fun? 😆
I think I can only put 4 options -_-
If you think it is another, say which one.
It seems I can't answer to my own polls, but I think it is Motorola or maybe Nothing.

At least it is better than Murena's misleading tech. Better use @npub1kwa…e0nj
@npub1q84…wxrd please so not recommend Murena. It seems genuinely very bad for privacy and security.

do you sincerely expect to manage to partner with a smartphone manufacturer ? I mean you talk about partnerships with OEMs since a long time and nothing has happened yet. So I wonder if this is reasonable to expect a GrapheneOS device soon

@npub1kwa…e0nj just in case I am not sure if it worked before but I am on the latest update and I can't unlock my private space with my fingerprint. Different passcode for main and private space. Fingerprint set up for both. It works for unlocking the phone but not for the private space.

When I lock the private space, the apps are not able to run at all right ? @npub1kwa…e0nj

2025-03-30 20:23:31 UTC

@npub1kwa…e0nj
Using a long passphrase while using fingerprint unlock already allows to avoid trusting the Titan chip. So using a long passphrase + fingerprint + 2FA unlock (6 digits code) only adds protection from a 5 dollars wrench where someone hits you and use your fingerprint ?
I mean why should I use 2FA unlock instead of only a long passphrase + fingerprint ?

Why does plugging the charging cable in my Pixel, or enabling battery saver mode cause unwanted behavior of apps etc on @npub1kwa…e0nj ?
Like it makes the app flicker, it makes my feed refresh, make a video restart, change the orientation, etc. I don't remember exactly but this is this type of things that happen
I have battery saver mode set to to enable at 75%
