I’m working on a framework for introducing bitcoin to HR I call Temporal Compensation Theory.
Executives already understand money decays. We just need to connect them to money that doesn’t.
My DisruptHR talk was a first step. More to come.

Bang on. They’re all primed for the debasement conversation because they are already trying to solve money that decays. Reception was really good

Really positive. They already understand something has changed about how money works

I got to speak at my first HR conference last week. I’m trying to work out how to bring money itself into serious compensation design conversations. The basic argument is that most of what we do beyond salary/wages simply enables different ways of adjusting for money that decays.
If you employ people in North America or want your workplace to start thinking about bitcoin I would love to talk to you.

I wrote my first book- Bitcoin for Financial Advisors back in 2022. It's one I've wanted to revisit, & the 2nd Edition is out today.
It's relevant now for advisors across the USA, UK, Canada, & Australia. If your financial professional doesn't get it, this is meant for them.
