We'd totally support the senate version of the bill *if it survives a floor vote*....which seems rather unlikely at the moment.
We either need the BRCA protections as a baseline OR we need to kill this bill when it comes to the floor.
Appreciate your support spreading the word! 🫡

incredibly fascinating to watch bitcoin sell off 10% as boomer fund managers trim profits to rotate into gold / silver plays on a speculative basis now that the jig is up after +15yrs of refusing to play metals due to centralized manipulation.
we're about to see a new asset pricing cycle where hard money drives & the teter-toter / flywheel rotates between BTC and Au/Ag.
strap in boys, we're about to go offloading!

I get the feeling that people are about to learn how important it is to have a platform like #NOSTR where the richest man in the world can't simultaneously cancel your bankroll AND nuke your public communications channel overnight with no due process.

Very important that the BTC community understands its true power & stays active in the political arena. We are small, but mighty - punching well above our relative mass.
As a long-time political operator, I'd also suggest that we focus our attention on a small handful of issues with the highest leverage in our existential fight for freedom in the digital age.
The right to anonymity in p2p transactions should be AT THE TOP of our demands list.
Without these rights nothing else matters, as we live in a permanent surveillance state.

Are you ready for a world where every self-driving car could be hacked remotely, turned into a bomb, etc?
Scary how few people realize what's happening right now...some serious acceleration about to happen

BTC is (and will remain) the undisputed ego-death champion of humanity for the foreseeable future.
At least until our primate minds manage to fully grasp these immensely powerful tools of abstraction & their full implications.
e.g. Consider that AI may literally invent use-cases for BTC we can't even conceive at present...either b/c they're not relevant to human consciousness or b/c we haven't progressed sufficiently to understand or necessitate the use case.
We've barely seen the first horizon of what is possible with BTC

Amen to that!

this stat is such a blackpill...
once you realize how many of the "adults making decisions" in the real world are in a chemically induced & perpetually altered state of consciousness that can only loosely be defined as "healthy" it kind of radicalizes you if you're a productive, responsible citizen out here just raw dogging life.

Some strong Deja Vu on this one.
Remember when Donald Rumsfeld held a press on Sept 10th 2001 and said the DoD couldn't account for $2.3 Trillion dollars of funding that had been allocated PRIOR TO THE IRAQ WAQ STARTING?
It seems clear that we've reached the stage where looting of the Treasury will accelerate until the empire fully collapses.
Bitcoin fixes this. Starve this beast & save yourself while there's still time...
