Physicians for a National Health Program (PNHP) in the US has left Twitter/X and has set up a Bluesky account.
If you have a Bluesky account or bridge to Bluesky, please follow them there at @pnhp.sky.social. (I asked them to activate their bridge and they immediately did!)
"PNHP advocates for universal, comprehensive single-payer national health insurance, and collaborates with others to fight racism and advance social justice."
Its members are physicians, medical students, healthcare providers, and social justice activists.
Here's the kicker: I sent them an email suggesting that they set up on Mastodon, too. I received a prompt response from their communications specialist stating "We looked into Mastodon a while ago, but didn't have the capacity to figure out the server setup so it sort of fell by the wayside (we were hoping to set up a dedicated Medicare for All server)."
A Medicare For All server sounds amazing to me! If there are any techies out there that would be willing to guide them through the process, let me know and I can try to hook you up.
It may seem futile to fight for a national health program under the current administration, but we can't give up. PNHP hasn't given up. Their membership is growing in line with the public's disgust with corporate healthcare.
I sent them soooo many emails imploring them to leave Twitter, so this makes my day. I'm not on Bluesky, nor do I bridge, but I want them to see rewards for leaving the Hellsite and for putting a Medicare For All fediverse server on their radar.

#SmallDickEnergy alert!
Mango Mussolini's masculinity is so fragile that he can't bear the optics of his pole flying a half-mast flag.
So, Republicans are bending over to please him.
