Social Media are not harmful.. However for over a decade what we call social media is not social media anymore - they are algorithmic platforms that screw up people

Rioting is practically a French pastime. They invented it during the French Revolution and I have to admit they’re pretty good at it.

My physio is a real lifesaver with magic fingers. I pushed myself a bit too hard, and the muscles in my shins, calves, and feet all seized up. I was having trouble walking. One visit and an hour of incredible pain later, I’m back to normal.

Trail running isn’t really my thing, but I signed up for ~10k run because a friend was taking part. The uphills were brutal and I really struggled there - the flat part was fine though. I finished 12th out of over 400 runners.

It really depends on the provider. I’m pretty sure that providers like Nebius or Mistral which operate under GDPR don’t log your data. You also have to bear in mind that local models aren’t as capable as cloud models. And even when you run a model locally or use an inference provider it may not be quite the same model.

Running local models is a waste of money right now unless you’re running agents around the clock. With DeepSeek and Luna models so cheap on Azure, Fireworks, DeepInfra, and OpenRouter, I don’t see an economic case for it. I spend maybe $2 a day and my highest was $12 when I had 10–12 agents running in parallel.

VO2max Special - the workouts are getting longer and more demanding. I feel like I’m reaching a new level but I hope I won’t push myself too hard…

These days, a sub-two-hour half marathon is just part of my long run. Back in February - just a couple of months and 1,500 km of running ago - I was thrilled to finish one in 1:55. It feels great.

Assessment run: How far can I run in 20 minutes? It turns out I can run 5 km in 19:58! A new personal best, set on a treadmill at a 1% incline. So happy! 🏆

I would not count on ordinary people - they do not know how to revolt. It will more like a palace coup if anything… and the new leadership might be even more aggressive.

Today interrupted interval. I started to worry about my right ankle. It does not hurt but it feels funny - batter safe than sorry and decided to stop my workout. Depending on it unfolds I might take a few days off from running.

Very valuable tempo run - despite 4:45 min/km tempo my HR stayed in medium zone for the entire workout. That new running app rocks!

I do not understand why people like crowded places. It is awesome here! Nobody bothers you because community is rather small, you can publish whatever you want and there are no ads and all the kind of stuff. I love it here!

Just a 45-minute easy base run this morning. I almost fainted today. I think I was low on energy. After 3 km I really struggled for another 2 km before my body finally found some reserves.
