If you did read my latest article on Substack: https://alberdioni8406.substack.com/p/bch-local-building-a-marketplace you definitely got more information about the marketplace and tested it.
Yesterday I made even more improvements and each day we are trying to break the space and bring this to the Mozambican public. Won't be easy but if we give up without even trying what we are doing in the space. This may be a marketplace but not designed to only Bitcoin Cash people but for all who really want to have their products listed and sold.
I will spend time teaching them the all dynamics, recommend the best wallets to store and use their BCH, how to receive and send BCH and much more. This is a Marketplace, yes, but also a onboarding tool to those ones genuinely decided to embrace the decentralized environment.
Test the marketplace, support the builder, try to break the platform and let's see how this goes. I will continue here slowly and steady building this baby and thinking in all those people that can get in to the ecosystem through the platform.
It won't be easy, it will be a challenge but it will only be lost if we stop trying.

Pushed BCH Local V2.1 today.
If you tested earlier: business upgrades now show a real Verified badge, boosted posts get better placement, and confirmed payments actually finish the order (listing sold, trust moves).
Still in public test mode. Payments are demo until we plug in real on-chain detection. No custody, peer-to-peer BCH as before.
Built for local trade in Mozambique first - Maputo / Matola.

If you break something, tell me. That’s the point of this release.

Signal is getting rid of phone numbers to have users creating accounts in the app:
https://free2z.cash/alberdioni8406/signal-is-finally-breaking-free-from-phone-numbers-but-theres-a-catch#comment-d25a429f-330d-4003-bf13-06e6cdd1bcbd
That was needed as there's no reason to use phone numbers in a privative messenger. FYI: THis is for Android users

Hackers are more smarter than even. They came up with schemes to steal that deserve a Oscar for innovation. This people are dangerous and preying on people that are unnoticed and desperate. Imagine that you are seeking for a job and end up being robbed?
This is the story of the article:
https://free2z.cash/alberdioni8406/they-offered-jobs-they-stole-savings
That instead giving the job seekers a solution, they left them empty handed. This North Korean group is hitting just where people are in masses - the job market posing as crypto and AI recruiting agency. In the end, all who accessed the link downloaded a malware that hit their machines and stole all their savings.
Just imagine how desperate is that. You were looking for a job to sustain your life and ended up robbed and losing all your money. This is dangerous and people should be aware to avoid being tricked into it. Always be alert as cyber criminals are more smarter than ever.

I just published the story behind BCH Local.
After an honest reality check from one of my BCH OG friends, I researched why marketplaces fail and why I’m still building this one in Mozambique.
Here’s the full story 👇

I'm a strong believer that crypto should be useful in real-life so that people can give it importance. Doesn't matter for people if crypto is money but can't be used for what they need.
It's like having value that can only be seen virtually but in fact doesn't serve for anything in real-world. In order to that sentiment to change towards adoption, there must be places where people can use their crypto. Merchants, more vendors, more marketplaces and services are needed around decentralized currencies.
If people can pay for their coffee, TV subscriptions, pay for a mobile voucher and even pay for a beer in the next pub, people will start noticing and open their minds to accept that crypto is just money. Without that we are facing a harsh reality that crypto adoption will take another decade to be mainstream.
Another thing: "useful crypto will be the ones serving as digital cash - affordable to use as fees are lower, fast to confirm and borderless.

I spent the whole day building something that I call **BCHLocal-Mz** that will be huge if I plan it correctly and it get a meaningful impact. I'm building a Bitcoin Cash marketplace - the first and most biggest one in my country to accept BCH for services and products.
It will also be a great onboarding tool for people in my region and the impact will be something remarkable.
Below is just the small image of the platform and yeah that is something new, different and directed for young and active people who want to get an experience as sellers or buyers using Bitcoin Cash.
Already in love with it. In the coming days I will be finishing the MVP and launch the public site.
Be in touch 🙏.

I have been quiet building a business that will close a big gap in my country. People usually buy airtime and data bundles only in few places online and when it happens they pay using fiat. For long I plan to introduce a service that can link Bitcoin Cash to everyday needs domestically and finally come up with the mockup project.
I built AirCrypto - a service that will source locals with airtime and data bundle so my people can enjoy mobile vouchers using their BCH and other selected cryptos. Don't get it wrong, BCH is the main currency here but because the country is big and people should have more ways to pay for it I added few more. All payments should be converted in BCH for the vault and keep some to rotate the business.
Bear with that still on plan as this isn't something easy to pull. I need to find the best provider, the best charges and start marketing this baby in mass so people can easily find it online. That will need some steroid budget but it will happen. Access the MVP here: https://AirCrypto-mz.vercel.app and let me know what you think.
Builders never stop delivering💚💪😎

Finally… TipMeBitcoin has a home. 🥹
After all the database headaches, wallet signing experiments, testing, breaking things and fixing them again, I can finally say:
The little BCH tipping identity tool is now officially live on its own custom domain.
And it’s already been added to BCHTools.cash, which now has 7 finished BCH tools showcased there.
TipMeBitcoin is pretty simple:
You claim your own public handle, prove that you control your BCH address, and you get a personal tipping page like:
tipmebitcoin.cash/bchtools
No email.
No password.
No account.
No custody.
Just your wallet, your keys and a cryptographic signature proving ownership.
You can receive BCH and CashToken tips, with WalletConnect support for wallets like Cashonize, Paytaca and Selene, plus a manual signing fallback.
There are QR codes, token-aware addresses and everything stays non-custodial.
It took longer than I expected to get here, but that's builder life. Sometimes the smallest tools are the ones that make you fight the most bugs. 😂
Now TipMeBitcoin is finally out of the lab and has its own little corner of the BCH ecosystem.
7 tools finished. More still cooking.
And yes… I'm still building. 🫡
BCHTools → tools built for BCH, by builders who actually use them.

Those bears are still pushing BCH down. They don't want release him from their jail but I am not worried as I believe in Bitcoin Cash superpowers. Even so I can still get paid in BCH, pay my coworkers in BCH, build something and receive in BCH and I am happy this way.
When the time comes, be sure to have some stack of BCH as the world didn't realized yet but Fiat is dead. Very dead and BCH is the only one that could save us. Use BCH, be free.

While BTC devs regret their 2 upgrades in 10 years, self-censor, and pivot to AI...
BCH devs are out here:
• Improving CashVM
• Building on mainnet
• Pioneering UTXO DeFi
• Keeping fees low & reliable
• Speaking their mind and actually shipping
This is what real Bitcoin development looks like.

Its crazy that I have been seen many newbies and old members not exploring the full potential of BCHNostr.
This isn't just a social media X alike, but a total hub. You can:
- blog
- do spaces
- go live in a streaming
- conduct crowdfunding
- sell stuff in here and much, much more.
So, what you waiting to explore the Hub?
Don't sleep on this dormant Giant!!

Here's why ever BCHer should use BCHnostr:
- no censorship
- no subscription
- no fear to lose your content due to suspension
- you can't get banned or get your account blacklisted
- you can monetize content
- you are the solely owner of the account.
When you use BCHnostr is like using your own BCH: it is fast to publish a note, there are no intermediaries to censor your content, when you publish it can be accessed in the world and man you are free to post anytime or anywhere you are.
It's about time but people in the community will join this in mass we just need to keep telling them to come. Are you telling your friends? If not, what's holding you down? Tell them. And,
Let's use Bitcoin Cash 💚
