We have a small company/brand in Hungary, ready made food made this way in jar, really delicious, you can store it for long in the pantry- the best (I mean my grandma used to do it- also my mum still does occasionally)

Holy shit! This is what they’re angry about?!? The fuck so wrong with these ppl?!???
“Thursday’s vote reflected lingering anger over his handling of South Carolina’s response to the pandemic. Simmer recommended people get the COVID vaccine, and he often wore masks well after the worst of the pandemic had passed, saying he wanted to protect his wife, who has a compromised immune system.”

Hungary leaving the ICC, Netanyahu is in Budapest, Hungarian media -even the leftist ones- glossing over it mostly. Their Gaza coverage abysmal anyway- so I’m not sure Hungarians who not happen to speak /read in English and on social media can get more information.

Never been so ashamed of being Hungarian like I am now.

Nicer news: Hungarians blocked 4 bridges in Budapest protesting against the new law that restricts the right to assembly.

Random thought:
When an information source goes down, especially something that was accessible and public for long, it isn’t just the information that need to be preserved and stored. It’s also the accessibility. It’s good if the internet archive have it but that’s not enough for normal ppl.
Making accessing information easy for general public is very very important.

But how does this sound like: join mastodon but do not use the official app bc it doesn’t have the same functionality as the web browser access. Also changing the profile settings is..fun. You lend on a page for changing password

Oh I was beating this drum for long now, I also not a tech person, so GitHub is Chinese for me. I stayed on mastodon thanks to Ivory and then Mona App. I would have left without them making the interface enjoyable.

Mastodon “official” iOS app still won’t tell you if you got unread/new notifications inside the app unless you enable push notifications.
