This is nothing, check out this news: https://www.europol.europa.eu/media-press/newsroom/news/cybercrime-service-takedown-7-arrested
7 people, hundreds of thousands of SIM cards, more than 49 million online accounts. Gives you the sense of scale. Now think about how many fake accounts nation states can create and use. Those accounts need fake interactions to appear real. Such accusations are an easy way to get those interactions.

Alpha means it has not yet reached beta.
Software lifecycle path: pre-alpha -> alpha -> beta -> release candidate -> stable.

Have you considered a comic where an owner of a real parrot does magic and gets accused of using AI?

Yeah, I trust GrapheneOS more than Jolla's closed source software.
I have to admit though, your social media presence does indeed appear aggressive even though it's factual. Have you considered hiring a social media person?

For people who don't want to host their own Nextcloud, Hetzner offers cheap Nextcloud instances, called "Storage Share".

Does DNT also mean objecting to "legitimate interests" or only the regular lack of consent?

What Client Hints is the Tor Browser providing? Maybe it would be good to sync with them or other privacy-oriented browsers if you decide to update the values? This way the anonymity set will be larger.

Have you considered disclosing vulnerabilities to GrapheneOS in addition to Google?
Unrelated feedback: it would be nice if your Mastodon profiles would be listed on https://taptrap.click/#team along proprietary services.

So far, I have seen people calling GOS devs/community "toxic" or "crazy" and also this recent post that was inappropriate given thread context but I see now that poster apologized in an edit: https://mstdn.io/@npub1jdw…mdn3/114361194719094749
I'm not interested in digging for more, I'm only listing what I saw by following GOS here.

Interesting, thanks!
The conclusion is at the end of the article. TL;DR: EU Copyright Directive was passed because it then US wouldn't put tariffs on EU goods. Its article 6 prevents jailbreaking iPhones and Teslas, cracking DRM, etc. Abolishing it costs us nothing, but it would hurt the intellectual monopolies of US and unleash a new wave of creative companies.

@npub1kwa…e0nj Does disabling NFC have any benefit like longer battery life? Does it power down the NFC hardware? Does it stop or suspend some process? Does it decrease the attack surface of NFC?
(Of course this is all assuming that screen unlock is required to use NFC.)

What checks does Accrescent perform other than enforcing a minimum API level? I assume more checks than Google Play, but what are they?
F-Droid has a warning like "this app was built for an older Android version and cannot be updated automatically" (rough translation). I assume this refers to the app targeting an old API level?
