I worked in business continuity and risk management for a while. One reason for this over representation is that the jews did what they always do - they banded together and made an organization that specifically coached jewish groups on how to get some sweet DHS money.

Assume that voting actually works: Trump is certainly less than optimal on many issues important to the "right".
