very cool, v2.0.0 of @nprofile…q8x8 has moved away from "blockchain messaging" entirely to now only use nostr-based messaging 😃

#nevent1q…rw7v
they now join basicswapDEX as another protocol that integrated with nostr recently

then just sell it for bitcoin, and the more sellers than buyers there are it will take it down to the toilet

Yes, the problem is layers and protocols like coinjoins just split devs and users and there's too much to keep track of, and hence there's separate teams and some small in size that end up failing where others weren't even looking, while on monero all devs and all users only have to develop and worry about monero's only code, or separate implementations of the same thing like in rust, which creates room for even more security strategies I.e. differential fuzzing etc

I became aware of this later lol I didn't know the whole lore but every time a company behaves like this, this is what happens, in crypto this is what thorchain did too. always need to be aware of how companies treat security researchers before buying their products

And vulnerabilities can always be reported for some bounty money too, so there was an alternative to not end up like this

to be fair the reason for those is just because jack is behind, or seen as being behind, both apps... we have yet to see a non-jack nostr app exploding organically

Yeah but seems his plan fully ends with activation at March 4 as can be seen by the page #nevent1q…qcvt with merging all features and even docs ("wallet knowledge") by December

probably, the market needs to signal we want privacy phones somehow but yea a lot of people will be put off by it being cheaper budget specs rather than comparable to anything high end

I wanna build out the "get paid to post" social aspect for https://mostard.org/ in time but for now for XMR there's only CPU mining, liquidity providing like offering sats/fiat in markets like robosats, bisq or haveno and you can earn XMR yield from that, and maybe mediating services in markets like https://xmrbazaar.com/ you can earn some fees from that

Por isso Monero foi criada, o bitcoin foi substituido e o satoshi deu inicio ao maior projeto cypherpunk da história: dinheiro irrastreavel Monero
