I would say I’m a technology fan in the same way others are sports fans, i’m not necessarily good at it, but I will go out of my way to learn a little more about it just for fun

Depending on when my kids get home tonight and my family wanting to celebrate my birthday, I will try to come and listen or talk

Thank you I’ve been using Primal mostly because it’s overall pretty good on iOS which I am trapped on because I’m broke

Getting close to a rough version 0.1 of yoyostr. Initial release will focus on teaching. I will curate tutorial videos into difficulty levels. Users will be able to post a video of them doing the trick, after enough community members confirm the video is of the trick then the user will receive a badge for that trick. If they get all the badges for a skill level they’ll get that skill level badge. If you have a badge you asserting someone’s done a trick right will have more weight. Once this is working I will add more community/forum functionality.

Just finished reading The Price of Tomorrow by @nprofile…wc22. Very good book, and some of it a time capsule from when it was written. 😊

My new ai benchmark is “can it write a script that warps a photo of a Pokemon card to be flat”.

My current host wants about 200 per year for 10gb of space… which is a part of why I want to simply be done with the site since barely anyone goes to it these days and it hasn’t generated any revenue for about 3 months. So it’s kind of a sunk cost are this point to me. But I still wouldn’t mind having my npub verified here. Especially through the domain that I could point to something else, like my profile… I need to read more about the behind the scenes stuff. I just followed a guide on how to set it up initially but don’t actually know a lot about what I did. I’m better with html and css than I am with the server stuff/things I don’t really understand yet.

Thank you! It doesn’t always go this cleanly, sometimes I whack myself with the weight 😂

I learn by doing so mainly wanting to understand how a full node works. After that maybe I’ll be ready to explore other branches of it like a pruned node or go off into lightning stuff.
