No, I just import all the emojis via command line based on the filenames.

Most of the emojis on my instance were migrated from other places, since I haven't really seen many interesting ones XD

>Live video calls are the hardest format for non-native speakers
and timezone is also an issue since most English speaker live in Europe or America, so the time different is too large.

But it's probably just because my monitor is too big; there's still so much empty space even using Mastodon's Deck mode XD
27 inch 2K monitor.

Deck is a great idea; I use Mastodon's Deck mode when I'm on the Otter Home instance.

There's probably a blank area about this big.

I still use mitra-web, my screen resolution is 2k, but it's fine.

This new Mastodon UI is actually pretty terrible for me, probably because I'm more used to compact, feature-rich interfaces. To be honest, I'm not a fan of UIs with too much white space—it just doesn't feel intuitive to me.

>But everyone is still using centralized platforms like there is no tomorrow.
While things might be slightly better on decentralized platforms like Fedi, they aren't much better; the obsession with "censorship" has spread here too. If it hadn't reached this place, most instances wouldn't have such a long list of rules, but rather a simple code of conduct that everyone could agree on.
