Bitcoin’s next phase may not be about spending BTC.
It may be about never needing to sell it at all.
When banks are willing to lend against Bitcoin, it stops behaving like a speculative asset.
It starts behaving like monetary property.
Would you ever pledge your BTC for a house?

Bitcoin went from $62,000 to nearly $83,000 in two weeks.
Here's what changed:
The price.
Here's what didn't:
The 21 million cap.
The block time.
The halving schedule.
The code.
The mathematics.
The principle.
When people say Bitcoin is volatile, they're describing the price.
They're not describing the thing.

2026-08-27 16:08:59 UTC

BlackRock doesn’t need to control Bitcoin to become powerful inside the Bitcoin market.
If IBIT keeps absorbing the majority of ETF flows, BlackRock can become the dominant gateway for traditional capital.
The protocol stays decentralized.
The access layer doesn’t.

So US negotiators made impossible, humiliating demands on Canada. Were they arrogant idiots or did they not want a deal? I know, those aren’t mutually exclusive propositions.
Soon Kim Jong Un will be Trump’s only friend.

The U.S. doesn’t need to “go bankrupt” for debt to become dangerous.
The real risk is losing options: less room for tax cuts, less room for stimulus, less room for wars, less room for infrastructure, less room for the next crisis.
Fiscal decline can look like a slow disappearance of flexibility.

2026-08-27 16:04:58 UTC

Everyone says: Bitcoin is speculative.
But holding cash is also a speculation.
You're betting that the government will manage the supply responsibly.
That it won't print to fund wars.
That it won't inflate away debt it can't repay through any other means.
Every asset position is a bet, the only question is whether you made yours consciously.

2026-08-27 16:02:59 UTC

The potential that the energy sector, the energy transition sector and aerospace sector holds is next level for the upcoming decade.
Not sure of the stock not sure of which asset to buy but if you want a long term portfolio then I would suggest getting some good stocks of these sectors.

China doesn’t need to destroy the dollar to weaken U.S. sanctions. It only needs to prove that access to China is enough for a sanctioned country to survive.

2026-08-27 16:00:24 UTC

Inflation is completely unnatural to the human psyche. Prices should not be that volatile as it makes everything much more difficult to plan.

Sanctions are strongest when resistance feels futile.
If Iran can keep exporting, trading, and financing itself through Chinese channels, every future U.S. sanctions target will start asking the same question:
Do we really need the dollar system as much as Washington thinks we do?

People ask me why I speak about Bitcoin the way I do. The answer starts long before Bitcoin. There was a period in my life that nearly destroyed me. It changed how I think about fear, truth, freedom, and what really matters. Years later, when I encountered Bitcoin, I recognized something in it because I’d already been transformed once before.

Bitcoin has 53 days left.
BITCOIN HAS 53 DAYS LEFT
2015 ➜ 2017 — bull market: 1,064 days
2017 ➜ 2018 — bear market: 364 days
2018 ➜ 2021 — bull market: 1,064 days
2021 ➜ 2022 — bear market: 364 days
2022 ➜ 2025 — bull market: 1,064 days
If the same pattern plays out again:
2025 ➜ 2026 — bear market: 364 days
That would put the cycle bottom around October 5, 2026.

“Be your own bank” does not mean hardware-wallet companies should have zero responsibility when their security fails.
Self-custody makes you responsible for your keys.
It should also make manufacturers responsible for the code protecting them.
Where should that line be drawn?

Israel and the United States, in their hubris, defined victory as complete regime change and the removal of Iran as a strategic threat to Israel and Western interests in the Gulf.
Iran defined victory as the survival of the regime and the maintenance of territorial integrity.

The Bitcoin network of the 2030s will have two types of nodes: The Bridge and The Edge.
Bridge nodes will be massive archival beasts, crunching the UTXO database to generate inclusion proofs. Edge nodes will be lightweight, stateless ghosts validating those proofs on solar-powered Raspberry Pis.
This is the dual-topology of BIP-183. This is how we scale self-sovereignty to billions.

So Trump is going after Lisa Cook again. Cook has done nothing wrong, and Trump knows that. But this only makes him even more determined to punish her. Demonstrating his power by hurting others is his whole purpose in life. Cook has become the one who got away. So she must be destroyed.

If Bitcoin is truly a living economic system, then governance disputes, attacks, and attempts to reshape it become selective pressures. Some ideas survive because they align with the system’s incentives. Others disappear because they don’t gain sufficient economic, social, and technical support.

Elon Musk is planning to build 10 Gigawatts of AI data center capacity for SpaceX by 2027.
To put that in perspective, 1 GW is roughly the power output of a standard nuclear reactor.

Are our terrestrial power grids even remotely prepared to handle this level of extreme energy demand?

When you hear the US will spend $11 trillion on AI infrastructure by 2029, your brain screams "Bubble!"
But look at history.
The Transcontinental Railroad and the Interstate Highway System required unfathomable debt, caused massive financial panics, and birthed the modern economy.
AI will do exactly the same.
The building won't stop just because interest rates are high.
