I've redone the graphics in all Crypto Classics games. New backgrounds and new sprites. Here's the old and the new side by side.
Crypto Classics is classic games like on the old arcades, but with bitcoin as the underlying money. Top scores win weekly sats prizes and there are free plays every day.

Hi. My 2 cents:
- the link to the wiki has trailing double quotes, so it doesn't work.
- The homepage for the game itself is perhaps a bit too technical, and it may discourage some people from even trying the game. My only barrier was account creation and i still had to create demo versions for guests before i got someone to actually try the games. Maybe add some videos or screenshots on the landing page so people can immediately see what the game looks like.

Three players are within 700 points of each other in Invaders.
LordM: 6,470 (record)
satoshiplanet: 5,820
Arquinoe: 5,770
Whoever holds the record at Monday 00:00 UTC wins the weekly sats prize. Free plays count the same as paid ones 👾

Hi. Just checked out noderunners. Are there no free plays / demos modes? I ended up adding demos so players could see if they liked the games enough to even sign in. Nice UI

Hi Christian. I'm also a solo developer finally realising the dream of building my own games. As a kid i spent countless hours having fun on the ZX Spectrum 48K, and now i've built some games inspired by the old classics, played like on the old arcades, but with bitcoin as the money, and with weekly prizes for the top scores. Check them out if you like.

Hi Jonny. Thanks, that's great. Good luck, and please let me know what you think of the game. Be warned, the reigning champion isn't letting go easily. His record was taken last week, and he immediately went about retaking it 🙂

Here's a short clip of my games: a cave shooter, an alien shooter and a ladders platformer, all free to play in the browser. The top score on each game wins sats prizes every week.

Halo multiplayer on N64 hardware is wild. The decomp scene keeps outdoing itself.

Ikaruga. A proper arcade shooter on the GameCube, and still one of the best ever made.

Browser arcade here, not Nostr-native (yet) 👋 Crypto Classics runs weekly sats prizes for top scores, and publishing them through your new score standard sounds like a great fit. Is there a guide for getting a game listed on gamestr.io?

Hi Nostr 👋 I'm a solo dev in Portugal building Crypto Classics: free browser remakes of classic arcade games. The top score in each game wins sats prizes every week, and free plays count the same as paid ones.
This week, the Invaders record changed hands twice. Come take it 👾
