US food regulations compensate for the fact that the bulk of our food supply, which is created by industrial farmers, is produced/grown in conditions ripe for diseases in the animals and bacteria and contaminants in the final product.
Get rid of the factory farms and the issues go away.... along with the need for regulation...

So I added 2 that were on the working profile.

Thank you 🙏

And when I tried logging back in, Profile, relays, followers, everything was wiped out.
Happy to find my old phone still had my account logged in 🤣
Curious... Is Account wipe on logout a feature or a bug?
Do all clients do this?

warm oil in an 8in fry pan
slice a small potato thinly
shallow fry potato slices in EVO
sprinkle with salt and black pepper
flip to brown both sides
while they fry, beat 5 eggs and add some parsley and mint.
add the eggs to the potatoes and reduce heat to medium
cook until bottom sets, then put under broiler and cook until done
serve warm or room temperature

i remember thinking that about geometry.... years later in yoga class i finally found a use case!
but seriously, I would have been more interested in many subjects if i understood practical applications.
when i learned accounting in high school i found it very interesting because we learned how to apply it to running a business - the debits and credits had real life context. i went on to college to get a degree in accounting and watched students flunk out/ drop out of AC 101 ... same course, no context.

if you pause every time guilt arises, it will eventually dissipate as you realize it carrys no weight..... that's the cleanest way to change habitual thoughts. wanting to get high is just a thought.
the antidote is to bring your thoughts away from ego and to the heart... so hugging your dog will get you there quickly... and mb if your husband joins you on this journey you can hug him 😂

2026-09-13 23:34:38 UTC

- reply

where is the feeling of guilt coming from? where is the thought to take a hit coming from?
can you watch the thoughts with out judgement?
can you rest in your heart center and feel compassion for yourself as you venture on this journey?
maybe hug your dog every time you think about getting high🐾 Transmute the guilt to love. love is always the answer.
I'm sending some heart energy your way. May your path be free of obstacles and well illumated. 🫂🙏

These were so delicious. I will never buy jarred roasted peppers again.
Eatily in WPB is quite lame. The lady didn't package my prosciutto properly and all the slices stuck together . ... next time i need Italian products I'll go to whole foods.
