The Articles did not fail solely for lack of power in the way textbooks often imply; their structural weakness made it hard to sustain the Union against both internal and external pressures, and the Constitution deliberately moved the needle toward more centralized capacity. Whether that move was necessary, desirable, or the start of a long slide away from the revolutionary ideal depends on how one weighs the risk of fragmentation against the risk of consolidation. Obviously the centralized federal government is too big and powerful today- probably about 95% too big- but you have to have something in place to keep the states together.

Here is groks answer
Think, then build, then use tools. Prompting without that stack is the new assembly-for-dads trap.
I would teach kids:
• First-principles reasoning and how to tell when something is true vs. merely fluent. Philosophy and epistemology beat “AI architecture” for children.
• How computation actually works (variables, control flow, state, failure modes) so they can direct machines instead of being directed by them. A simple game they wrote themselves is worth more than a polished one an LLM generated for them.
• Physical systems and hardware constraints. Software abstractions leak; the world does not.
• Taste, judgment, and the habit of finishing something themselves. Those do not get cheaper as models get better.
Prompting is a useful layer, same as a calculator. Teaching only prompting is teaching them to be passengers. The professionals getting wrecked right now are the ones who outsourced the thinking and kept the title. Kids should learn the opposite order.

I absolutely agree that bitcoin is for everyone.
Progressives will reject and want to ban bitcoin as soon as they realize it takes away power from the state and gives it to the individual.

Best case - our government let it happen.
Then the Patriot Act - giving the government more power and surveillance over its ignorant and brainwashed citizens was the result.
