Today’s target is 170 push ups for the 1 in 7 school age students experiencing mental illnesses each year. Note: the first $100,000 donations from 10am AEST tomorrow will be matched by NSR. @pushforbetter

Today I’m doing 150 push ups, for the 1.5 million Aussies living with mood conditions including depression. Actually I would think the real number is higher than that. @pushforbetter

160 push ups today because 16% of LGBTQIA+ young people have reported attempting suicide.
Tomorrow will be a great day to donate because NSR will match donations up to $100,000 after 10am AEST.

I’m in training now for this year’s push up challenge. If you’d like to help me raise funds for mental health services, you can donate here.

Ripley was so beautiful that I would now watch anything directed by Steven Zaillian. And all future crime shows must include Lucio the judgmental cat.
