Your photographs have brought me so much pleasure over the last year or so. Especially the birds and butterflies. The focus and depth of field are always spot on, and they also communicate a caring for nature that's unusual.

Beautifully conceived and written post about connecting with friends in the Fediverse. I welcome good people from any persuasion or instance.

I'm paying attention to your arguments. Like many creatives, I'm wary of "AI" but know that term isn't a monolith. Plenty of proven uses in medical research for example. The issue for me is the way personal data is used and the increase of surveillance by the companies and state appartus. So control over the technology is the issue. So how do you suggest organizing, regulating etc. when large monopolies and the state control it?

The memories of your mother and the warm glow of her kitchen soothed me tonight. It’s beautifully written. Also speaks to how you express love with your baking. An example to me of what we’re all about.

The good news is that you can still see 20/20 with glasses. I know you're the kind of person who counts your blessings and to still see 20/20 is one. Sorry to say I had mine fixed a month after it happened and I cannot see well at all, even with glasses. I was told that retinal detachment is very common as you age but it's not fun at all. May you find peace with what is.

I used to do that and love rosehip tea - it’s good for inflammation.

Obama hit it out of the park. Listening to him brings tears to my eyes. These are the American values I cherish and will uphold with my vote for #KamalaHarris
