That's why. You won't be completely deficient, but you won't get enough to be as healthy as you could be. You need about 3mg/day, and you'd need to eat about 13kg of beef to get that[1]. Or you could have a few handfuls of raisins and that's enough.
If you don't supplement or change your diet, you're probably going to get osteoporosis later in life. Further reading: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4712861/

You won't get enough boron. Meat has a little, but the best natural sources are all fruits. That stuff is absolutely essential for a lot of things, so you need to supplement if you're doing keto/carnivore/etc.

It's 286 GB. I was trying to import with mysql, but I gave up since it was so slow and the faster way to do it was throwing errors since the data isn't formatted properly. A lot of lines have an extra comma. Might have to try something else.

I got curious so now I'm in the process of importing the data into a db. Apparently it's a pretty slow process, but in the first couple hundred thousand records there are a few dozen people born in 1900. Youngest is born in 2001, only a couple of those so far.
I could probably do some interesting analytics when it's all imported.

I've had networking issues with netgear hardware before, and swapping it out for another brand fixed it. Pretty good chance that's the culprit. See if you can plug in directly to your modem and you might narrow down the source of the problem pretty quick.

It's records, and there are a lot of duplicate entries for when a person has had multiple addresses. Also lots of dead people, I've noticed DOBs going back as far as 1908.
And my SSN isn't in the leak, so it definitely doesn't include everyone.

Simple, because White people are good people and the world is better off with more of them. We're generally altruistic, intelligent, and peaceful. We build civilizations rather than destroy them. Everyone ends up better off when more people have those qualities. That sentiment goes beyond any form of racial nepotism, I give the same respect to any other race with similar qualities.
That dude is obviously trying to bait you into saying something that he can attack or dismiss as bigotry or some form of wrongthink that he has been ideologically programmed to fight against without ever considering the valid reasons people have for thinking that way.

Not bad for a cam version, but almost surprised there's no slotlights watermark.
