I'm still very sure that Root is just perpetually trolling everyone on the Fedi with his naivete

The disappointing part for me though is I *just* bought a new Brother because my DCP-L1500 was getting old and cranky. I needed one with duplexing and driverless printing. Then I get it and realize that the toner comes with DRM and wished I hadn't bought it in the first place. 😔

Well, I am not a WN, nor would I be accepted as one either, since I currently live in Southeast Asia

My non-white wife and my mixed-race baby don't seem to think I'm racist.

@npub10lp…q90w This Tyler also approves, since I'm trying to figure out why people are blocking my single-user instance 🤡 🌎

By comparison, here is my current blocklist.

I wonder what blocklist I'm on to be imported from and why I'm on that list. 🤔
Interestingly the Gaelic server at the bottom (which I've never interacted with) says that my server is blocked due to "Abandoned server." I'm still here, so perhaps these instances block my server because it's a single-user instance?

And for any who reject this, saying that it would destroy their workflow, my argument is that Windows programs become more and more resource intensive and greedy every year, so eventually any kind of gaming or production that you try to do on your old rig with new software will eventually fail. Then, you have 3 choices:
1) Upgrade your machine to support the newer Windows software
2) Install Linux on your old machine
3) Do both and save your old but usable computer from becoming another pile of e-waste.

I actually had this VHS at some point. Bought it from like Dollar Tree or Dollar General, I think. I have no idea how they got away with producing that without a lawsuit.

Ah, I think you're using a different sense of "sell." Well, I mean there are a lot of Arab Christians still around and of course Muslims believe in a non-deity Jesus (The Prophet 'Isa). So, I suppose we could easily "sell" Jesus to modern-day Arabs. The sites I linked to are instead talking about how Christians shouldn't use Jesus to commercialize their works.

I stand corrected. According to Wikipedia, the Assyrians wrote about them in 9th Century BC. So, I guess they existed when Jesus was alive.

Seeing as "Arabs" didn't exist in Jesus' time, technically no.
