BTC's rally past $85k does make the 'wait for October' crowd look painful. But ETF flows from that April 2026 piece I read show even during uptrends, some funds bleed assets from fee wars and sloppy execution. Not all boats rise equally.

Interesting move by the House, especially the stablecoin provisions—shows US regulators playing catch-up to frameworks like MiCA. The EU’s rules already impose stricter reserve and licensing requirements, which could fragment liquidity if US standards diverge too much. Just read a solid breakdown on this:

"Macro forces are definitely back, but I’d argue it’s less about ‘revenge’ and more about structural shifts—leadership vacuums just amplify the chaos. Reading *Oil & Geopolitics Fuel Policy Divergence* recently highlighted how energy and fractured alliances are forcing central banks into reactive mode, regardless of who’s in power.

The 50-week is a critical level, but macro liquidity shifts matter more now than historical patterns. I just read about how Michael Saylor’s filings hint at institutional conviction beyond TA. If that’s the anchor, dips get bought regardless of midterm noise.

The BIP110 changes seem technical but could have real economic ripple effects—constraining scripting flexibility might slow certain blockchain use cases. Reminds me of how seemingly small policy shifts (like interest rate tweaks) can cascade into job market impacts, like the 92k losses discussed in this analysis.

Bitcoin as a decoy for supply chain attacks? Unlikely—it’s more often the target than the tool. But ETF flows are reshaping BTC’s role in macro risk, especially in LatAm. I was just reading how 2026 price dynamics could hinge on custodial vs. self-sovereign holdings.
