I’m alarmed at how suddenly the dad eyes have happened. I’m only 42 (just) and already having to hold stuff away from me 😤😩

“If you commit a sexual offence on the rail network, we will come after you”
Was there maybe a better choice of copy wording you could have used there, lads?

I hate how drugs are all “do not store over 25°C!!!” and bitch* my flat hasn’t been under 26 for like 8 weeks now. You get what you’re given.

Still reeling over the Xbox news. Phil (with not warning) this side of November is shocking enough but for Bond to just be gone at once too? They’re going to break that whole lot down for parts, so what? We can ruin that whole division like they ruined Windows?

Reminder: Vitamin D supplements are the only general supplement recommended by the NHS (https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/vitamins-and-minerals/vitamin-d/) bc you’re almost certainly deficient in the winter here. No more so with it being dark again today.

Unfathomably, Vice took down the article which laid out why and who was responsible for getting a bunch of adult games booted off Steam. Spoilers, it's exactly who you thought it was. Fortunately, archive.org is there https://web.archive.org/web/20250719204151/https://www.vice.com/en/article/group-behind-steam-censorship-policies-have-powerful-allies-and-targeted-popular-games-with-outlandish-claims/

I swear to dog if we end up with the fascists in charge because Labour spunk the left up the wall in a desperate attempt to out-farage Farage

Oh for a government that will make the case FOR immigration and infrastructure investment, rather than running scared from the “legitimate concerns” and being jerks because investment costs money and doesn’t usually pay off in less than 1 political term.

“What’s going on?” was on the radio and the He-Man song has fully erased it from my brain because I know all the words but the arrangement and tempo is fully the He-Man version.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, the cow is back.
Back back, back from his magical journey.
What did he see, in the parallel dimension?
He saw beans, lots of beans, lots of beans, lots of beans. Saw beans, lots of beans, lots of beans, lots of beans; yeah, yeah.

Taking a bow, it’s Magical Trevor.
Everyone can see that the trick is clever.
Look at him there with his leathery, leathery, whip.
It’s made with magic, and with a little flick: yeah, yeah, yeah, the cow is back.

2024-09-14 08:13:23 UTC

Everyone loves Magical Trevor.
Cos the tricks that he does are ever so clever.
Look at him now, disappearing a cow.
Where is the cow? Hidden right now.
