Women’s Liberation Front is heading to DC to meet with Congressional representatives and discuss women’s rights. Our supporters helped us book those meetings, as representatives are usually willing to meet with their constituents. We sent out an email blast update on the meetings we’d booked.
Within hours, Senator Schiff’s team cancelled our meeting with him, scheduled, for May 20th. They cited ‘scheduling conflicts’, but didn’t offer to reschedule. Thursday morning, Representative Kamlager and Ross both cancelled, offering no explanation. Representative Raskin followed shortly thereafter...
The cancellations appear to be the result of a campaign by a reporter who "called out" the public servants who had meetings scheduled with women they represent.
“Congressional representatives fleeing in terror from meeting with women only confirms what women already know: there is a direct conflict with women’s rights from the transgender movement, and transgenderism is considered supreme over women’s rights by the orthodoxy,” said WoLF Executive Director Sharon Byrne, a constituent of Senator Schiff.

On this Law Day, WoLF is proud to announce the launch of our new ⚖️ WoLF Attorney Resource Network (WARN) — a professional network for attorneys standing firm in defense of women’s sex-based rights and fighting back against the legal codification of gender identity.
While every major "progressive" legal group — from the ACLU to the National Women's Law Center — has caved to misogynistic gender ideology, WARN is stepping up to fill the vacuum they left behind.
Lawyers are being silenced.
Students are being blacklisted.
Judges are being pressured to ignore the truth about sex.
WARN is fighting back.

On Wednesday, WoLF received a request for comment on “a segment on transgender athletes” from DM (Dee) Brent, “researcher and fact-checker at Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, a show on HBO.”
The show is scheduled to air on Sunday, April 6, although it is unclear if this segment will actually make the cut. In the interest of transparency, we are publishing the full correspondence between Dee Brent and WoLF.
We will leave it to the audience to decide if the show appears to be fair and impartial.

"Rather than resisting gender stereotypes, parts of the social reality of transitioning reinforces the very gender stereotypes feminists have been fighting so hard to reform."

Multiple states are refusing to comply with Title IX — including Maine, California, and Minnesota. These states, among others, believe that women should not have the federally protected right to equal educational opportunities.
That’s not what they’ll tell you though, if you ask. They’ll tell you they are “protecting trans kids,” and that women and girls who demand their rights be reinstated are “right wing.” (Since when has wanting rights for women been “conservative”?).

President Trump’s executive orders (EOs) on sex and gender identity issues continue to face significant legal challenges. Some EOs remain in effect, while others are blocked in full or in part by federal courts. We’ve compiled a list of the cases we’re watching on gender identity and their status here.

Alabama Governor Kay Ivey signed House Bill 405 into law this week, titled the “What is a Woman Act”. This bill draws inspiration from the Women’s Bill of Rights, model legislation developed by WoLF and our partners to codify accurate definitions of sex and protect single-space spaces for women.

The Connecticut Legislature is proposing a constitutional amendment that aims to protect women but adds the insidious and regressive idea of "gender identity" into the law as well, completely undermining its promises to women.

A new executive order directs government agencies to interpret all laws, regulations, etc. related to sex based on biology, not “gender identity,” and to issue new rulemaking, guidance, etc. where needed to protect single-sex spaces and women’s sex-based rights.
The order is extremely comprehensive, covering domestic violence shelters, prisons, education, free speech, and more.
WoLF has been fighting for over a decade to see sex-based protections like this brought for women. However, there is still a long road ahead in the implementation of this order as well as in other looming threats to women’s rights and autonomy.
We break down what the order does and what to expect next.

“Of the 26.2% of female inmates who were victims of inmate-on-inmate violence, nearly 19% of assaults were perpetrated by trans-identifying biological males. This is an overwhelmingly disproportionate percentage.”

The ACLU is representing four men who want to be housed in women’s prisons: Kelly (Kelli) Blackwell, Keith (Katie) Ervin Brown, Tremaine (Tremayne) Carroll, and Jennifer Rose. These men insist that they feel like women, so they must be labeled women. This meets the standard in California for them to move into the women's prison. These men assert that they are not a threat to incarcerated women, as they are now 'women' too, in the California penal system. There is overwhelming evidence that they are, in fact, just as dangerous as other men, if not more. In the federal prison system, nearly 50% of men who identify as “transgender” are sex offenders (compared to 13% of the general population).
The ACLU trots out 'women's rights' in their seemingly endless fundraising appeals, while ruthlessly steamrolling over incarcerated women's rights in court.
We remain disappointed and appalled by the ACLU’s relentless assault on incarcerated women's rights. Incarcerated women make up one of the most vulnerable populations in America — and yet they have been completely abandoned by the organizations that claim to represent their rights.

“Far from being a civil rights movement to vindicate the rights of a supposed suspect class of trans-identified individuals, “trans rights” activism seeks to suppress the rights of women, children, as well as gay, lesbian, and bisexual people.”
“Lesbians, gay men, and bisexual people are harmed as they are more likely to be given sex trait modifications as children… Though billed as progressive, the “born in the wrong body” narrative is homophobic and has been notably embraced by countries such as Pakistan and Iran (where homosexuality is punished by death, but “sex change” is government subsidized)... Whistleblowers from a child “gender” clinic in the UK have stated that “gender-affirming” care is sometimes sought by families who prefer a “transgender” child over a gay child.”

Nov 1: Join the Global Protests Against German Self-ID Law!
On November 1, Germany's new gender "Self-ID" law goes into effect. This is the worst gender identity law in the world and is a complete assault on women's rights. German women have been effectively erased.
Under the new self-ID law in Germany:
- Any man can declare himself a woman by a simple declaration and without any checks at the registry office
- Fine up to €10,000 for misgendering
- Parents can choose the official gender for their newborn child, after the age of 5 the child's "consent" will be required
- Children aged 14+ can apply to a family court if their parents do not support their belief in their "wrong body"
- Quotas for women are canceled. Gender identity, not sex, is the deciding factor for quotas for women
The global protest is being coordinated by Lasst Frauen Sprechen, with US protests planned in LA, San Fransisco, Chicago, DC, Boston, and New York. #SelfIDHarms #WomenRise

Tewksbury Public Library has unconstitutionally shut down debate on women's sports, canceling a scheduled talk by Dr. Gregory Brown
In a statement by the Library Director, they admitted the cancellation was due to public pressure and "bullying".
Public libraries, as government entities, are generally considered public forums where First Amendment protections apply — meaning they cannot discriminate based on the viewpoint of speech.
