Help out a girl here... I need to get my first meal of the day timing for most optimized brain 🧠 power right... I don't think pouring coffee until 11:30 am or later on an empty stomach is serving me for the long run. Now that I am studying full time these next 2.5 months as start and getting into a ton of material that makes my brain feel swollen and hurting... need to find me a formula that works and that I can sustain the pressure and demand. I definitely need my protein throughout the day.
What are the experts saying? How do I keep my computational power on for as long as possible and my brain fueled?
At some point I practiced protein within the first 30 mins of waking up and def no coffee if I hadn't had protein within the hour... My doc will be upset if he knew I stopped doing that. Think I need to get disciplined and try it out again.
