I tend to make Kingston Negronis these days. For Mai Tais, I need to restart my mint, decide on another second rum (or get my old one), and… that's pretty much it, really. I could have used a Mai Tai in the early part of July: I think it was 103°F. on 4 July, & I don't mean some heat index büßhit either.
