And further most excellent restorative #dinner thanks to partner for breaking out some long aged and marinated (by that I mean from the thawed a day from freezer) jerk chicken. Baked and broiled not grilled as I do but her jerk paste is amazing so this was just fabulous! (And what the kids said they missed)
With Sazon rice (hot tip: make it with ghee!) and salad and a quick yogurt sauce dip to cool down a bit.
