fox update: we now have a hoist on unistrut trolleys, and the vent hood ducted outside.
highly recommend the spax powerlags. despite their size, they were easy to drive in. and the back of the box showed their weight ratings in various configurations & types of wood.
next time i have to get something heavy in or out of my truck i am NOT going to banish myself to the back pain dimension.
fox update: got the right wall plate for the switches, took down the old ceiling fan, finished putting up the canless can lights, and put in the first data conduit. did not get to the next workbench frame today.
i have 6 canless can lights left, where should they go?
