I am old, and cis, so may have misunderstood. But this EHRC stuff on female toilets???

Previously someone looking like a man would be challenged. Maybe even banned from the establishment.

Now, if I understand it, someone who is a man, has always been a man, looks like a man, but wants to use a female toilet - simply has to say “I was born a woman so I have to use this toilet”. Challenge defeated and no chance an establishment would risk a discrimination case by banning.

Have I got that right?
