And we had a disbursement that has not arrived on PayPal but has set balance back to zero. They have stolen the disbursement!

WHO DO I SUE, PLEASE TELL ME!!!

I have shipped new orders, as I do not want to disappoint paying customers, but this is now over $1300 I may never see. On top of stolen disbursement.
