"content": "LOVE IN IDLENESS\n\n\n\nThe opener in a series of cocktails with pandan! We cracked open a can to make some coconut ice cream at home and I turned the rest into syrup to attack my reshake list 😅\n\n\n\nThis one is originally from Brian \"shakerofspirits\" Maxwell but I tweaked a few things and printed my spec below. I dialed the orgeat down slightly to make room for my pandan syrup which brings its own sweetness. His original had tonic water, I dropped it completely to achieve a delicious Mai Tai style riff.\n\n\n\n- ½ oz lime juice\n\n- ½ oz passion fruit syrup\n\n- ¼ oz orgeat\n\n- ¼ oz pandan syrup\n\n- 1½ oz Tequila blanco\n\n\n\nShake // open pour // garnish: orange peel\n\n\n\nMethod: Add tonic water to glass. Combine remaining ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake.
