I’m trying to understand the precise nature of the self-duality of these polyhedra. Since the polyhedra have no symmetry, it must be involutive, so there are three possibilities. (Either the two polyhedra are related by central inversion, by a 180° rotation, or by a reflection in an equatorial plane.)

Here is one of them with its dual. It is apparently related to its dual by a 180° about some arbitrary-looking axis.
