Yogurt currently yogurting in my instant pot! Doing 12 hr incubation to try to reduce carbs. Says 6 to 8 hours in fridge undisturbed and then I can strain for greek yogurt. How many hours do you like to leave it straining for greek yogurt? My strainer says 3 to 8 hrs?
