Happened to me with Microsoft. One of my teenage kids got the 2FA code from my phone and we lost our minecraft licenses (& had to wipe 2 PCs for safety). M$odt has no-one you can contact about this, nothing you can do. They changed the email address twice passing the account through a burner email account. Without the current or immediately previous email address you can't even find the account.
