hey nerds can someone give me the real quick rundown of wireguard please

as far as i understand, you start by creating the pub/priv keypair on your server, no questions there

but then i start to get fuzzy / have not found a good manual yet / internet search is horrible

so you are supposed to create a keypair on your client machine? and then probably put that into the server somehow?

but then that would mean that you can never add a single additional client machine without generating info on the client machine and sending it to the server who then puts it into the server config and that does not sound right at all

please explain
