If the US (or Belize) passed a law which allowed some US body to issue “fines” to OFCOM, do you think OFCOM would pay those fines? Or would it suddenly be the case that they have no jurisdiction outside their own country?
I’m sort of curious how hypocritical OFCOM would be?
