#WritersCoffeeClub 27/8: How traditional is your writing? Which tradition?
I began the series in a style intended to evoke regular (Tolkien—Le Guin) fantasy, but subsequently there’s an Enlightenment vibe to the science and tech that permeates later books, and hints of a suitably Regency voice in the writing.
Plus, semi-colons and whole sentences and so on, which is shockingly traditional now.
