Is Grand Theft Cat an issue in the Netherlands?
On a stroll through a residential neighbourhood I encountered this cuddly #cat. As we're cuddling (cat jumped on me while I sat on a public bench) a woman stormed out of a house yelling DON'T STEAL MY CAT! MY CAT! MY CAT!
Cat ran off into some random garden. I walked off (it's too warm for dialogue). Woman eyed me until I turned around the corner.
Super nice cat. Neutral on the woman.
