The prospect of age verification on mastodon is a fun one. I have a single user instance, indeed any kid with a raspberry pi could be the same.
In my case, as instance administrator, I can be 100% certain the one user, me, is over 18. I’ve counter the birthdays!
That said, it is a while since I read nprofile1qy2hwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnyd968gmewwp6kyqpq98t8kgwqas59rvmnghzcdn6krzhxhpkyt2mt53e4g9sdnj74sszs6a65q8 (nprofile…65q8) blog on this and I have a feeling that as administrator I am not a user, so my instance may have zero users, even.
It is a strange time to be around.
