California is supposed to be an abortion safe state for out of state patients to receive care. However, most police departments in our state have been taking out of state license plate info & ratting them out to their state. Newsome specifically put out ads telling people it was safe to come here, but as far as i know, this is still occurring, even though its blatantly against the law.
